Located right at the edge of the old town, the hotel was in a quiet location, with plenty of eateries, markets and Torun sights within a 2-10 minute walk. My room (209) was very spacious and well-appointed, with plenty of surfaces and seating area. Logical and adequate luggage rack. A power outlet on both sides of the bed. Plenty of lights and a huge window. Light natural and artificial. The door opened with a fob and there was no need to slip the key into a holder to turn on the lights and air-conditioning - they all worked independently of the key. Large shower. Plenty of counter space in the bathroom for your own toiletries Breakfast was a reasonable price and the buffet had a very wide selection, so you could sample various local/international items. I didn't try the made-to-order eggs, toasties or shakshuka as the buffet was plenty for me. The breakfast area was an atrium, so it was really lovely in the summer mornings. Knowledgeable, helpful, smiling staff. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel and it exceeded my expectations.

A shelf in the shower was needed for guests' own shower items.

The room was beautifully designed – stylish yet incredibly cozy – and had such a unique charm that made the whole stay feel special (definitely not one of those places that all look the same). The shower was fantastic, and the room was surprisingly spacious – even big enough to do some morning yoga comfortably on the soft, spotless carpet, which gave it a wonderfully airy feeling. We also had a stunning view of a beautiful old brick cathedral, which made the atmosphere even more special. The building itself is gorgeous and full of character, and the breakfast room was so beautiful we didn’t want to leave. On top of that, the breakfast buffet was excellent. Despite being right in the middle of the city center, it was wonderfully quiet and peaceful, making it the perfect retreat.

The hotel is set in the old town, in a charming and peaceful location. All the main attractions are within easy walking distance. It is a modern and stylishly designed property, with exceptionally friendly and attentive staff. The room is spacious and, despite facing the street, pleasantly quiet. The relaxation area is both comfortable and inviting. While the hotel does not have its own parking, convenient arrangements ensure parking is never a problem

Great location, just outside the main part of the city but very walkable, on a quiet one-way street. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable with a nice bathroom and everything was clean and well looked after. It was just what we needed for a city break in Torun. The breakfast was good, nice selection and freshly made eggs etc.

Nothing to complain about and nothing negative. It was all good. I think we might have paid over the normal rate, but it was a busy long weekend in Poland and the place was booked up.

Everything was just perfect, I really enjoyed the time here that stayed for one more night and would have stayed for longer if only could. Very very nice and helpful people working here (so I really felt welcomed here). Breakfasts were just superb - there always were vegetarian options; few choses of egg meals and toasts that are made under request specially for you (so freshly made and no waste). Freshly squeezed juice and other variety of high quality food. Beds were comfortable, rooms clean. Spacious shower. In hotel there's a relax zone with small sauna and massage armchair that is included in price. Used the massage chair and it was really relaxing and helpful after days on feet. Small things build great picture! Would love to come back. The only small minus is that the parking spot is few meters away, but it's just around the corner, so no much problem about that.

Excellent hotel, high class, everything is just perfect. Super clean, great location, professional staff, great breakfast, free sauna and massage chairs, lovely room and super comfort bed. The only minus is the price that they charge for parking. When asked why they charge so much, their answer was: "it is a Unesco world heritage town, we must charge for parking" - quite an irritating answer.

Small cozy hotel neatly situated literally several steps from the criwded tourist paths of the old town. Big well-equiped rooms, friendly staff, great freshly prepared breakfast.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. However, the room was just over the supply doors and someone was using that exit for a quick cigarette break several times during the evening. Cigarette smoke smell was faint, but clearly distinctive near the window, where the bed was located.

Rooms look freshly renovated, clean and comfortable. And very quiet. I did not hear any noise from other rooms or the street. The breakfast was great.

The air conditioner starter working on high speed by default. The weather was not hot so there was no real need for it. Every day I had to set it back to low speed.

We found this hotel by concidence, we know Toruń very well but Hotel Eter is new. The location is perfetc and from the moment we arrived, we were treated with a smile. Everything worked perfectly, the check in was smooth, parking available near by. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. AC works well which is important during the summer. Breakfast was very rich and tasty. We also used restaurant in the evening and the food was delicious and nicely served. You could see attention to details everywhere. We also enjoyed relaxation zone - the massage was suberbe! We fully recommend this hotel to everyone.

I consider this as the best Hotel in Toruń. Small size, extremely friendly staff and the food is out of this world. Enough cannot be said about the variety and quality of the breakfast buffet. I have stayed there three times so far and have never been disappointed.

There is nothing that I don’t like.
