Good location for Summit and staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel had recently been taken over and being refurbished. It's a much better hotel than it was before with good bar and restaurant.

The room and bathroom facilities were comfortable and clean, though the air heating system was dated and noisy. Though perhaps this will be part of the update. We will stay here again.

The team is great. The renovations, while incomplete, are very nice. The restaurant is delicious.

They would benefit from expanded breakfast offerings and in bringing back the laundry service.

Breakfast was a good way to start the day. The staff was gracious and helpful. The French towels were soft and nice. Convenient location.

We will look forward to the completion of renovations although they didn't bother us. The construction took away from the historic ambience.

Very clean and staff was great!

The vent in the bathroom was CONSTANTLY buzzing and you could see the hallway lights from under the door. We had to throw a towel under the door to keep the light out. Also walls were quite thin.

I almost don't want to rate this hidden little gem because it's amazing and quiet. Perfect location can walk into town for shopping & THE BEST DINNER at the local steak house. The front desk attendees were absolutely wonderful. The bed was so comfortable with perfect temp. Room and black out. The pool was a perfect relaxing touch. We can't wait to go back.

Covid has made running extra services tough; this place had to close the full-service restaurant and bar :( ; some fixtures were broken which are easy fixes... elevator has all cracked tile

I liked it was clean, comfortable and location was perfect. it is not a 5 star hotel but I did not expect this and it was great for an older hotel with good value.

they appear to have limited staff but it didn’t affect the stay in a negative way.

Breakfast was complimentary so don’t want to complain! Eggs were soso, bacon good and juice good. Very clean and organized.

I wasn’t aware that your restaurant was no longer functioning, so after a long travel day I was looking forward to some yummy food. Front desk lady Rhoda did get me a soda and sandwich and soda, I was very thankful.
