Hotel located in a safe, high-end location. Staff was very friendly and professional. The hotel and my room, especially the bathroom, were very spacious and modern in design. Breakfast selections were generous and food quality very good (however, due to my lactose intolerance I skipped most selections since I could not tell what was safe for me to eat - would be good to provide food labels).

Due to being in Mexico, I had to brush my teeth using bottled water instead of tap water; this was inconvenient. Also, sometimes it was hard to get the elevator room key reader to accept my floor number.

Clean, safe, lots of places to eat and shop.

High prices. Important people stay and eat in this hotel so if you ain’t got rich people money it did seem that treat you based on how you look and what drive. Kids here are wearing Gucci, ect s. Save your polo shirts for another place because you will stand out as a really low person . Many times the cleaning lady did not fully clean our bedroom and we had to request towels more than once we felt we were treated differently because we didn’t leave large tips

The property was absolutely beautiful and has everything you need right in seconds walking distance a huge beautiful mall and many restaurants of all levels from causal to very elegant … I’ve stayed at competing hotels riu and hard rock and although nice as well they do not compare to Hyatt regency will stay here again

We arrived and they told us it was completely booked. But it wasn’t. We could book a room through the app. They left the luggage from others in our room when we arrived. Although we confirmed we were 4 staying in the room. They left amenities for 3 only.

It was a great location for our family vacation. Easy to walk to other activities in andares area and uber further afield.

The food was only ok and very expensive.

Superb location next to bars and restaurants and shopping which exceeded my expectations. Hotel was clean and rooms were as expected and to a high standard

Booking transport wasnt always 100% correct. It appears the valet get themselves mixed up and on one occasion my car wasnt available.

The location was very pleasing.

The judgement of local police stopping us upon entry for appearing younger due to there being a celebrity group in the building. We had 3 other groups walk in as well that were part of our party and they were not stopped or questioned upon entry. It may not be in your control but it was an uncomfortable situation to be in.

best hotel in Guadalajara great breakfast with big selection of food , great location around lots of restaurants and big mall.. rooms has opening windows , so that fresh air can come in

noisy fan outside on the roof of a neighbour building is annoying . very noisy and uncomfortable to sleep if you facing it and open a window

Wonderful room with an excellent bed. The staff was very helpful and kind.

Be aware that the rooms at the Andares side of the building can be more noisy during the evening and night.
