The hotel owner was very hospitalble. Helpful. Even offer us a ride to Salzburg as he was heading there. The breakfast was more than adequate for us. The room was clean and confortable with a great view of the church. And happens to be a wedding at the church. Beautiful hotel front with lovely flowers. Pleasant to sitt at hotel front. Nice and comfortable hotel room. Church just a stone throw away, with chimes. There are few restaurants just next door.. Nice neigjbourhood for walking around with a great lake. Cable car is just next to bus stop Very important is closed by the bus top about. 7 to 8 mins walk away A great place to stay to visit neighbouring lakes. We visited the famous Hallstatt. With a bus and train connection (Use the OBB transport app). Ferry need to pay on the spot in cash A great alternative to stay in St Gilgwn than Salzburg. Bus is about 50 mins ride between this 2 places. Bus service 150. The stop opposote the supermarket on the right side of salzburg train station. Bathe tub was a bit higher than normal, have to be cautious so as not to trip over while getting out. No elevator in hotel. But not too difficult to bring your luggage up to the 3rd storey (level 2) Overall it is a great place to stay.

Good Location and Breakfast, Nice room and staff. Only 300 meters from the lake side. Good restaurants hereby.

Parking lots are 300 meters from the hotel. Breakfast start since 8.00 which is not convenient for early leave guests.

The location is great, 3 mins to bus station and cable car station, 3 mins to the lake and ferry pier, 2 mins to the center of town, where we had dinner in an ancient restaurant founded 600 years ago. The bed and pillow are very comfortable for nice sleep. The breakfast is beyond expectation. Although the choices are not many but every dishes deserve 5 stars’ ratings. Bread, fried egg, ham, cheez, coffee, fruit, yoghurt, etc, deliver the best for health and taste. One more good surprise, there’s a play ground for kids by the lake, my kids spent almost whole afternoon there. We family really enjoyed our stay in the hotel Radetzky and in St Gilgen.

There’s church bell in the town, it rings every hour from 7am. If you feel sensitive with this during your sleep, you’d better get up from 7am.

Traditional German breakfast. Cakes were particularly good.

No lift. For international travellers, big bags, it was almost a deal breaker.

Beautiful hotel inside and out. Great location. The room was beautifully decorated and very clean. We had a room with a king size bed and a sofa bed which suited our family of 4 well. The room had a little balcony, which was a great bonus on our stay as we visited in a bit of a heat wave.

The breakfast didn't cater very well for vegans but luckily we came prepared with some plant-based milk and made the most of the cereals, breads, and fruit on offer.

Practical, clean room. Had everything I needed. Renovated, comfortable mattress, good bathroom with a quality hairdryer. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast.

Sometimes you could hear people outside - because it is so central. But they were quiet by 10/11pm. Air conditioning would be a luxury, but it was quite hot during my stay. I thought of asking for a fan, but was too lazy. An elevator would be nice, but the nice man helped me with my bags, so it was fine! Such nice people working there - I guess they treat their employees well, because they are all so nice and friendly!

Staff can make or break a stay for me, The front desk and owner have been extremely helpful and really made the effort to make me feel like at home. The location is 10/10, right in the middle of this beautiful town overlooking the church and lake. I will return in the future, and I wish all the best to the owner.

Church bell could be something to get used to if you haven’t lived next to one in the past.

Location is very good. Breakfast is good. Staff are friendly and helpful. Allowed us to put 8 luggages with them for the whole day after we have checked out.

Some mattresses need to be changed as they are already sinked in. We booked 2 studio room which can accommodate 4 persons per room.for 4. Room 23 is nice while room 14 is a bit small for 4 persons.

Had the most wonderful stay in here. The manager of the hotel, Kalina, made us feel right at home. When you're travelling across a country you'll find hotels that will stay with you forever. This is one of them. We had no high expectations for this stay but everything was so well presented, to the minor detail. The room was super clean, we had a great view of the mountain and you could see that love was put into things. For example, the towels smelled good (not vinegarish as it is usual around Austria). The breakfast was generous and tasty. I would strongly recommend if you're around to stay here. You won't be disappointed.

Lovely location, staff and breakfast. Comfortable and modern room with balcony!

Maybe a lift would have been nice for people with problems with their knee or something might find a bit daunting to stay on the higher floors. But a lot of places here don’t have lifts. Wi-Fi was sometimes flaky on the top floor which is why I gave a 9/10.
