Very nice and luxurious feeling hotel. The room and bathroom were big and high end, made for a romantic and memorable time in Saltillo.

When we checked out they didn’t cancel the incidentals charge and we had to come back to get refunded, which took a long time to figure out but it was resolved, thankfully we were still in town otherwise I don’t know that we would’ve been refunded. We asked one of the staff about ironing service and the guy said they had it but insisted on a tip before the service was completed, only for us to be woken by multiple calls to our room in the morning to be told they didn’t offer that service and it was too late for us to iron ourselves.

Very beautiful setting, old colonial stile with updated feature to check in the room. The staff very professional.

The address that Booking.com has on line for the Quinta Real Saltillo needs to be corrected. The GPS address on booking.com took us to the wrong place in Saltillo where there is no hotel. The hotel needs to place a visible sign on the front of the building or infront of the building. There is a sign that is partially hidden at the extreme end of the property and cannot be seen until after going around the extreme end of the property. Tks.

Beautiful hotel, great location and the decor was amazing. Our room was very spacious and The staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. The patio was very inviting and so relaxing. Just felt like home

Air con was in a timer and worked only a portion of the day. Opened the window and mosquitoes came in, and our bed had a huge dip. After three nights it was an issue.

Every person working there are kind and accommodating. Hotel is beautiful, rooms are excellent. The restaurant has great food . We ate there in the afternoon then the breakfast buffet the next morning.

I did not like the fact that they are remodeling and plan to make it into a modern hotel. We feel the hotel is perfect, elegant and unique the way it is.

We were able to have breakfast by the pool, wich was appreciated. Rooms are spacious.

We were there twice, this time, I feel the carpet was a little old/stinky, I would much prefer a stone/tiles. It is cleaner. Also, we used the ATM on site, many times. It felt safe, but on August 19th, 2 transactions weren't completed with an error "Failed to connect with your bank", but both accounts were debited in Canada. We have openned an investigation with our bank.

Hotel was in overall good shape. Nice courtyard to sit in. Breakfast was good and filling. Can order omelets from the staff if the buffet does not interest you.

Breakfast is good (thank you for bringing back the buffet.) Service is always excellent!

Please consider getting a hot tub (too cold in the winter to use the pool!)

The bed was comfortable and the linens were very nice. The room was a very nice size with a separate seating area and desk
