Breakfast was absolutely fabulous, offering a wide variety of choices with high-quality, delicious food. The pool was pristine, generously sized, and simply amazing – truly the highlight of the hotel. The room was exceptionally spacious, immaculately clean, and well-equipped with a fridge, table, TV, closet, and everything you could possibly need. The bed was large and incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. Check-in was a breeze. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions, yet they managed to be attentive without being intrusive. Parking was incredibly convenient, with plenty of free parking spaces that were easy to access and very secure. The parking gate was locked at night for added safety, and it could be easily unlocked if you needed to leave. The hotel's location is fantastic, not far from the beach, and surrounded by numerous restaurants, attractions, shops, and more. The hotel also boasts the most beautiful garden, where you can relax under the olive trees with a good book or take a peaceful nap. For us, the best part was basking in the sun – the hotel has thousands of sunbeds to accommodate all guests. This is, without a doubt, one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Believe me, I have stayed in many, but this one stands out as something truly special.

Excellent service and friendly staff, convenient parking and nice sitting area in front of the house. We loved our well planned out and modern room and their garden exceeded all expectations. Pool area was spacious and comforting with hot Italian weather, full of beautiful lemon trees and olive trees. A true pearl next to lake Garda!

Very nice and authentic hotel in family ownership, sympathetic staff. Beautiful location with large pool, lots of olive trees and pittoresque buildings. Furthermore, breakfast is delicious and rich with abundant choice. Highly recommendable!

Don't travel there in July/August if you can't stand the heat (around 35 degrees) - but hotel Livia not to blame ;)

Everything. Friendly staff, great breakfast, wonderful pool and grounds, lovely bar and outdoor terrace area and in an ideal location. We stayed in a non-renovated room which was large with a modern bathroom. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend highly. It rates better than 3 star for us.

All great… although booking.com said there was a coffee machine but it was just a kettle and instant coffee but no milk.

A beautiful place to stay. Staff very friendly and helpful. Whilst you have to cross a busy road the location met all our expectations. Lovely relaxing grounds at the hotel. Highly recommended

Beautiful view on the lake, really nice and helpful staff. The pool is large and beautifully surrounded by palms. Breakfast was tasty. The beach is near the hotel. Lady from the reception recommended to us a nearby town for dinner. We found a great restaurant there - thank you very much for the recommendation :)

Very clean room. Recently renovated with very nice bathroom. Balcony with view over the lake. Breakfast was excellent. Nice big pool. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
