Very good location – just a few minutes walk to the promenade and the beach. Room with a great view of the lake. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Luggage storage available while waiting for the room. Daily room cleaning and towel replacement. Fantastic rooftop terrace with a pool and sun loungers. Breakfast was not very varied and the same every day, but overall it was tasty.

Only one small bottle of water for the entire stay is rather insufficient. It would be more comfortable if the staff could replenish it during the daily cleaning. Especially since there was no bottled water available in the breakfast room and there was no option to pour yourself a glass. So even if you paid for a stay with breakfast included, you still have to provide your own drinking water from a store.

Hotel very clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice and breakfast staff very helpful. Beautiful resort, plenty of lovely restaurants & shops nearby.

Pool very small 20 minute walk to train station (up hill) Thought we could hop on/off boats to different resorts but could only go to Sirmione and then had to transfer. (Sirmione definitely worth a visit). Room size were fine if just a couple but once cot and pram went into the room felt very cramp.

The hotel is extremely close to the beach, about a minute or so. Perfect location! There is a jacuzzi on the top of the building that we could use anytime we wanted to. Breakfast is on the 5th floor so there is a beautiful view on the lake. So Wonderful! Elevators are easily available. Morning coffee was also great and the staff was always ready to answer questions and deal with requests.

We missed fresh croissants, but the rest of the breakfast service e.g. bacon, fruit, scrambled eggs was perfectly alright. Because of this, I'd say 4.5/5

Very friendly staff - the person at the reception spoke english very well. We also forgot to book a baby bett in advance, but they organised one very quickly. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Quiet rooms. Good location - just a a few meters to the lake In fact you can see the lake from outside the hotel. Good breakfast with a breath taking view - it is situated on the top floor (5th) of the hotel. You can enjoy your meal with a wonderful view of the lake. The breakfast itsself is.not vary varied but it is fresh and you can find something to your liking. Parking garage just a few meters away - they themselves do not have a parking spot, but they have an arrangement with the garage - 12 Euros a day. Restaurants in walking distance.

I did not find any faults.

Perfectly located right between the center of the town and the beach. The room was quite small, but clean, and with a balcony facing the lake. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast is ok, not much to choose from, but enough to start your day. However, if we were to chose one single reason to return to Bonotto, that would be the view from the terrace where breakfast is served, on level 5. Astonishing!!!

The majority of the staff were very friendly even with imperfect language skills (ours). The location is great as you may walk to the Ferry and explore the little downtown & sights on foot, no car needed.

There could be more indoor common area/s. The lobby could have more seating to accommodate waiting for travel companions and time with reception staff. There is a pleasant bar area which is under-utilized. It appeared to be inadequately staffed. When we were there it looked as though front desk staff would have to leave their station in order to provide service at the bar. Therefore, we were reluctant to ask for refreshments. It would have been nice to have an appertif or a nightcap at our own hotel bar. PS perhaps another system could be devised to allow more use of the roof top terrace and jacuzzi.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Emmanuel gave us an excellent welcome. Lovely size room for our family. The breakfast was great, with lots of choice. We weren't expecting the rooftop to have such a spectacular view and ended up spending a lot of time there, enjoying the jacuzzi pool and sunbeds. The location was a real highlight, so close to the beach and easy to walk into town and to the ferry port. We also walked to and from the train station a few times for days out.

A little shade on the rooftop may have been nice, but we could easily pop down to the floor below and ended up playing cards and having drinks down on the balcony there if it got too hot. Really can't think of anything that could be improved on, we loved it and so did our children.

Great location right by the water front in Desenzano. Perfect little room that absolutely served its purpose. Breakfast was good, with a stunning view over the lake. The staff were really friendly and helped me plan my day multiple times.

The rooftop closes quite early (maybe 7?) so I couldn't access it when I got back from my day. I would have loved to watch the sunset from up there, so it seemed like a missed opportunity.

The staff were lovely, location was perfect, breakfast & views were great. Roof top terrace whirlpool & decked area was great for an hour at the end of a day exploring. Would recommend and would come back! If staying in desenzano, would also recommend doing the Lugana wine tours and visiting the lemon tree restaurant and La Vite 2.0 restaurant & wine bar - one of the best reds I've ever had!

Nothing to complain about

The hotel was very clean, the staff was very friendly, nd the breakfast was good.

Parking was €15/day. Free parking availability was slim. The shower was a bit small, but served it's purpose.
