We stayed 7 nights when in town taking care of business for family member. Temperatures were below zero every day and it was clearly very slow season. Nice touch was guy who shoveled snow even cleared a path to the driver's door of our truck. :-) Room stayed warm enough, shower hot and strong spray, bed was comfortable, and housekeeping came every day (we had to put door tag up to keep them away!) This is a basic hotel (no pool or hot tub); the very small gym was adequate with treadmill, bike, elliptical, and one weight machine. Breakfast was same each day: make your own waffles, 3 cold cereals, homemade (not boxed!) oatmeal with raisins, brown sugar, Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwich, sausage, yogurt, fruit cup, and misc breakfast bars. Staff helpful when talked to but not overly friendly. Quiet location and very convenient (just behind Albertsons)

Microwave in our room was old style turn knob so couldn't program time preciously. Tub not comfortable (very straight wall so no where for your head).

I loved the clean welcoming facilities that were located near shopping and grocery stores. The welcoming of pets, especially my new 7.5-week-old golden retriever puppy I picked up in Missoula and taking him home. I love the diverse breakfast set up. The room was very clean. The price of the room was reasonable. Just a very nice place to stay.

Actually, there was not a thing I didn't like. You have a lovely staff from the front desk to housekeeping who are courteous and accommodating. Plus, the facilities were clean, up-to-date and well maintained from all accounts. What's not to like!

It was very clean. The staff were very personable. The beds were comfortable. There was a dog show in town, and there were a lot of dogs at the hotel, but you truly could not hear any of them.

Not really a dislike, but there was no elevator to the second floor. Have trouble with stairs and it would have been easier to have an elevator.

This place was so lovely and welcoming! Loved the decor in the lobby and upstairs lounge area which had beautiful western lamps creating a peaceful, calm feeling. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. Breakfast good and great to have 24 hour access to coffee and tea. Also nice fitness center. Friendly, accommodating staff. Quiet setting away from traffic! Outdoor picnic tables were nice to use.

There was nothing special about breakfast but they had everything you needed to get your day started. Very quiet hotel and location.

It would be nice if they could provide ice water in the breakfast area. I had to get ice from the hallway and water from the fitness center. I’m sure other people would appreciate this also.

Beds & pillows were very comfortable. Towels were super soft & fluffy (seemed new). Room was very clean. Everything was in working order. Especially liked that breakfast included homemade oatmeal and a selection of Bigalow teas in addition to breakfast sandwiches and bars, waffles, yogurt, mandarin orange cups. Also they had a hot water dispenser in breakfast area so our tea was hot, not tepid. Staff was friendly and helpful. I recommend this hotel.

No elevator to get to 2nd floor - not a big deal.

Very nicely furnished hotel - both in the room and common areas. Enjoyed all the artwork!

As an older place, there is no elevator to get to the second floor. This may pose a serious obstacle for some guests.

front desk came to my room and set up the alarm clock and wake up since both were not very user friendly

the wake up call system is complicated and did not confirm my entry so it did not call the first morning breakfast was average and not enough seating
