This was a nice stay. We came for a concert so we were only there for one night. The room was very clean. T.

I would say the only negative was the small parking lot. A hotel employee said that most people do not drive there, but that seems odd to me as many people stay in places for road trips. Also, being close to Shoreline Theater, I would think that people drive to town for concerts/events. I did not notice that parking was not guaranteed when I booked the room. So perhaps you could make sure that information is prominently displayed for potential guests. Thank you

Most of the staff was extremely helpful and kind. They brought me food to my room (which they don't usually do) when I couldn't leave because my child was napping. They mailed me important documentation I left behind in the hotel, and went so far as to send the manager to the post-office and mail it first class. Great breakfast, good location.

There was one staff member who was rude and had a basically said no to all our requests. I don't want to paint all of them with the same brush however. Their crib was also really low quality and the air conditioning couldn't quite keep up with the heat outside.

Breakfast was awesome. Room was plenty big enough to accomodate our international luggage. Staff were lovely. And bonus bus stop out the front! And the bathroom was good - grab handles are very important for older customers like us.

TV. Hopeless trying to find anything to watch. And it could be a bit bigger. Decor a bit dated. But that’s about it.

A bit too much noise from the car traffic on the street that could be easily solved with better isolation.

Very large and comfortable rooms, good breakfast and the staff was very helpful. Wifi very stable and had good speed.

Breakfast could have more variety in each day. Price could be better.

The bedroom is Ok, it was big and clean. The breakfast was very complete.

At the front desk one lady received us and she was not nice.

odd smell on the 3rd floor corridor where we where staying. our room was at the front of the building and the traffic noise could be heard at night. didn’t bother us to much but some people might like it quieter so would suggest to ask for a room at back of hotel.

Location wise it was very convinient from my office. As well as various restaurants are available near by.

our room faced the busy road. windows are pretty good soundproofing but eventually the traffic woke me up; front staff are efficient but not overly friendly
