I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was extremely polite and courteous, always ready to assist with a smile. The amenities were fantastic—beyond the usual shampoo and soap, they even provided moisturizer and toner, which I thought was a very thoughtful touch. The location was also super convenient, being so close to the airport. There’s a restaurant on-site as well, although I didn’t get the chance to try the food. While the rooms were on the smaller side, they made the most of the space with smart design and great aesthetics. Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant experience!

The room was a bit small

The property is just a 15-20 minute walk from the airport. I walked there when I arrived as I couldn’t find a tuktuk/auto at the airport and the rain had stopped briefly (during monsoon season). The staff were very helpful with organising a well-priced taxi at 2am so I could pick up my friend from the airport. They were also very helpful and accommodating in general, and I ordered food from the restaurant who’s menu they provided in the room which was delivered straight to my door 20 minutes later.

I couldn’t get the tv to work and the window could have done with a better curtain to block out light (there was just a blind which was a bit broken). But overall I don’t have many complaints. Air con wasn’t really necessary during our stay as it was the monsoon season so quite cool, so I would probably opt out of that in the future as it added to the cost.

Staff were so nice and welcoming, took my bag upstairs for me and explained everything about the hotel and room. There were food services available with a wide variety of food, menu was left in the room with a number or QR code you could use which I thought was very handy. Bed was very comfy and room was clean. Shower was hot which was very nice and bathroom is quite spacious too. WiFi is super fast! Located only 10 mins from the airport.

None, I loved it!

What not ? It is one of the best accommodations we have ever had in our travelling life of 50 years ( we both are running 73 years ) .It bears the stamp of exemplary aristocracy, hospitality and personal concern. No word will suffice to mention the efficiency, vigilance, punctuality and hospitality of Mr.Latus and Romanus ,the managing executives ! They will go a long way in their professional life . Bluebell is lucky to get such staffs . I will be glad to refer this stay to my aquentences.

The tap water is unhealthy , smelly. The room ( lotus )should accommodate at least one chair !

So much to like about this place: the price is reasonable, the room is small but cozy, it's clean, ensuite bathroom, towels, soap and shampoo, clean bed, air conditioning, coffee and tea in room, wifi. The communication was great. They helped me with transfer to their property from the airport, as well as to the Railstation. Everything was convenient and comfy. The staff was really friendly and you have the option for breakfast as well. I enjoyed my short time there and would recommend it to anybody.

the room and hotel were as advertised, this is a budget hotel catering for local people, the staff were very helpful and polite.

breakfast is not available in the hotel on Sundays, and food has to be ordered in. this was not a major issue and the staff gave me money to buy breakfast locally.

the room have all what you need (tv A/C coffee water) very simple but correct, clean exactly was I was waiting for an hotel near airport. Even late staff was welcoming. Didn't use but have small restaurant down for breakfast.

You hear neighbours walls very thin

I never expected the stay to be this good. It's located on the outskirts of the airport and is a very nice and quiet place to stay in. They don't have a kitchen but have 2 partner restaurants who will deliver to your room. It's very essential that I call out the staff behaviour, it's absolutely awesome and very welcoming. If you want a decent stay near the airport, go for this stay without a second doubt.

Only 15 minutes walk to the airport which was great. Staff is really friendly and helpful. Room is clean and has a lot of facilities. Hot water and strong wifi in every room. We can really recommend this hotel if you're flying from Kochi airport. Lot of restaurants in 10 minutes walking from the hotel.

My experience with India & budget lodgings has been ALOT of bait & switch -like can’t trust the reviews or pics sort of stuff so I went into this expecting the same. But this place was actually really cute, clean & great! Way better than it’s pictures -I would def stay at this place again whenever I fly back to Kochi. Like they even have hand painted murals on their walls -really good ones. 😍
