The location near the subway station is fantastic for visiting D.C. Breakfast was top notch and employees were friendly and helpful. It was perfectly clean and the room was updated nicely. For the price, it was exactly what I was looking for.

The microwave was obviously on it's last leg and the bath fan wasn't sufficient to take care of humidity for multiple showers. Small details, nothing worth complaining about.

We liked the rooms, pool, and quiet area. Beds were comfy.

WiFi didn’t reach to our room. Only worked in the lobby and by the pool. None of the ice machine worked in any of the vending stations.

The facilities were clean and comfortable and a good deal for the price.

It seems like the desk staff has been trained to gaslight. They systematically made us responsible for any problems we had. I booked the rooms and paid with my credit card, but they wouldn't check me in without my daughter there who I named as user of the second room. We left a planner behind and could NOT get through on the phone. After driving all the way back there, the desk person was condescending and told us we should call. They don't answer the phone at all. Ever. So we lost an important item. We left good tips for the cleaning staff,so figured they'd have a lost and found. We won't ever use this hotel again, and may not use Booking.com either.

Unfortunately we had to leave before breakfast, but they did have coffee that was awesome.

We love the location for our specific trip purposes, but this time we were assigned to the long term/efficiency suites side of the property and it was pretty noisy as most of the guest were construction workers and their families.
