This is the second time we were at the same location. The first time we were given a beautiful room with a big terrace overlooking the sea. This time we were unfortunately assigned a much smaller room at the back of the property, with no view and very little natural light. It was quite a disappointment, especially considering how much we enjoyed our previous stay. Fortunately, the reception staff were able to accommodate us in a better room for the following nights, which we really appreciated.

Breakfast could have been better, especially considering we were in Sicily, where the food is usually outstanding. However, the staff was lovely, and—nicely enough—we even ran into people we had met five years ago, which I believe says something about the charm and atmosphere of the place.

Private beach is perfect, our room was spacious and had an amazing view , along with a huge shower, the staff were all friendly and helpful, the location was a 15 minute walk from the main centre of Giardini Naxos but had multiple restaurants and a shop within 5 minutes, it was a nice quiet area, views are spectacular from the beach and plenty of seats so never crowded

Breakfast was good not a complaint just may get slightly repetitive and boring if staying for a week

This hotel is located directly on the beach, offering holidaymakers beach loungers and umbrellas, as well as an outdoor pool. A bar is available with friendly staff.

The breakfast is pretty standard, not much variety and the coffee was sadly appalling. The Spa was closed due to renovations, could have been good if this was communicated on the website.

Breakfast wasn’t as good as at some other hotels we stayed in on Sicily. We had more choice of cakes and fruits. Perfectly adequate just not top notch. Restaurant was very large because touring groups visited. Individual visitors were kept together but it lacked atmosphere. Pool was closed for maintenance and we had not been informed beforehand. Wasn’t a problem as beach and loungers so close.

Hotel delivered what we needed. Clean rooms, pool and private beach. It is a real value for money. Parking availability a huge plus.

Breakfast could be much better. Not so many options. 1 of the 2 coffee machines was not working so we had to wait in line for around 10 mins. Although parking was a great opportunity, the system needs to be automated. You need to call someone from the reception to open the gates when you are going in or out.

Nice clean room, wonderful balcony with a sea view. Nice pool area. Nice beach right in front of the hotel. Breakfast ok, but would have enjoyed a possibility to eat outside.

Distance to the restaurants in Naxos is a little far, about 1.5km but still walking distance. The room was HOT, airconditioning didn't work.

Friendly staff who were very helpful and accommodating. We also did a massage at the hotel spa which was very relaxing. The bonus for us was the hotel cat, relaxing by the pool alongside the cat was definitely something I'll miss. We also really enjoyed the breakfast, despite having read some negative reviews here, we thought there were plenty of options, and the pastries were very tasty.

There was quite a lot of noise. We went in early May, so beginning of the summer season, and there were plenty of renovation works going on at the hotel. Perhaps this is not always the case, but generally the rooms don't have very good soundproofing so you need ear plugs if you are sensitive to noise

Beachfront, you have beach towels, sunbeds and umbrella included in price. Breakfast was same every day but with so many options, and it was very delicious. Bus station is only 2 minutes away from hotel.

Our room was small and the walls are not soundproof, you could hear literally everything, people talking, walking through the room above etc… also, spa center was in renovation mode.

The hotel is nice. It had everything you need, and had spa. We stayed there only for couple of days. Located in calm and quiet area, only 20 minutes of drive from Taormina. It had its own parking space, so you don’t have to think where to park. As soon as we arrived, the cool receptionist Salvo (Salvatore) welcomed us with friendly smile and gave us an awesome tips and guided us with everything. When you meet awesome people like this at service, make you want to come back👍 that’s what made it a great stay👍Grazie mille

Nice hotel with veranda that opens onto the beach. Beautiful classic interior. Staff very friendly. Would stay again. Friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast, soft drinks and tea in the room replenished each day, our room had a balcony overlooking Etna. Access to the spa was free, you just need to book in advance. Overall we had a really nice stay, but felt that there were quite a few little things that could be addressed to improve guest experience!

Spa didn’t feel very clean, very few of the machines in the small fitness room worked, coffee not great at breakfast, floor of our room didn’t feel very clean and we had issues with hot water and air conditioning (but after calling reception these issues did get resolved). We visited in early may and it felt very much like off season and that nothing was really ready yet, there were also ants and silverfish insects in our room. There also didn’t seem to be a light switch for the lights on the balcony.
