The location is truly exceptional – just 2 minutes’ walk from the beach. The staff were extremely kind and attentive, and there is also the option to have breakfast on-site if you wish. Parking is available very close to the hotel, but only paid parking (we paid €15 per 24 hours). On the plus side, you can drive right up to the entrance to unload your luggage, which is very convenient. The bed was very comfortable and we slept really well.

The hotel is not new and would benefit from some investment in renovation. The balcony was quite small, and during breakfast the noise could easily be heard in the rooms as the property is not very well soundproofed. A small makeover and better overall maintenance would really add great value to the place, especially since the location itself is truly excellent.

I liked the location, it's a really nice place. It's near the sea and the bus station. The staff is friendly.

There was spoiled butter at breakfast, with dark grey inside. We informed the staff, and the woman just said "si, si." But the next day and the day after, the butter was spoiled again. So, they didn't change it even though they knew it was spoiled. Also, it would be great if everyone on the staff spoke English. Only the girls at the reception know it.

The location is really good. It's one street away from the beach and they.give you discounted €15 access to a beach with sun loungers and parasols. The hotel was easy to find by car with plenty of paid on-street parking nearby (during early September) but for the same.price they give you access to nearby off-street parking which is better. Davide on reception was very helpful, gave us advice on where to go to and how to get there. There are restaurants, pharmacies and shops nearby. The bus stop to get.yo Taormina is a 5 minute walk away and only costs €1.50 each way. There is a reasonably priced mini bar in the room too and 2 balconies. The windows have mechanical shutters which are very good at keeping the light out. We didn't have the breakfast but it was reasonably priced at €5. We arrived at Giardini Naxos early but our room was ready so we checked-om early at no extra cost which made life much easier for us.

It's very loud at night. There seemed to be either a running engine or generator on outside literally night. Quite a bit of traffic - both pedestrians and car going past quite late too. The bed and pillows weren't particularly comfortable either. We had two balconies but they're very close to other balconies so there's no privacy. Overall, these were the only issues, we were happy with our choice and as long as you aren't a light sleeper, it's the ideal location. Much cheaper and easier than staying in Taormina.

I was scuba diving in Naxos near the hotel. I could walk every day to the dive center, so this was quite a practical choice. The staff is very friendly and helped me a lot with directions etc. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast is very good for the price they charged. From the hotel, you are just one street block away to the main street in Naxos where all bars and restaurants are.

I was here for only one day, but it was absolutely great. The hotel is in a very good location, just a few steps from the beach and the main street with restaurants. The receptionists are very kind and always available for any questions. I definitely recommend the hotel, especially for those who like to explore the area while also wanting to stay comfortably at a reasonable price.

The hotel is cosy with an exceptionally nice interior. The best caption in Giardini Naxos :) The beaches are very close to the hotel. The staff is very polite. Enjoyable stay. Also the room has air-conditioning, and a very cosy balcony

Well located and really quiet at night. Helpful and polite recepcionist. Easy to park just outside the hotel on the street.

Excellent staff and very good facilities. Breakfast was more than expected on the buffet and you can order what you want and as many hot drinks as you want. The town beach actually offers many amenities and you don't have to use the beach area that the hotel offers.

The location was great. The staff was pleasant. The room was clean.

The check-in was too late. The bed was not comfortable. The room we had was direclty to the lobby, so we could hear everything from the other side of the door & we would recommend to choose different room than that.
