The room was lovely with views over the ocean. There is an electronic blind that blackens the room. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Maria-Rosa. Great position, close to restaurants

The website didn’t advertise that the pool was closed but we have found the same problem throughout Sicily. Not one pool has been opened on our trip so far so not specific to this hotel. We also have noticed that there aren’t tea/coffee making facilities available generally. As early risers, this is important to us so don’t assume that it is available

OK breakfast but the location was fantastic. Access to the beach and other activities was really good. The rooms were clean and included most of what we needed.

Was a little surprised that the rroms didnot included ironing facilities but the hotel offered a laundary service. Car parking is ata premium in the area but we manged to park reasonably close.

Hotel staff were pleasant. Well organized. Hotel was right in the heart of the city. Everything close by. The breakfast buffet was included A variety of foods to start the day. Last photo uploaded was an error, I couldn’t delete it.

There’s a bar across from the hotel. Loved the vibe and music but it was loud until 2am. It was an outdoor club. They could have lowered the music past 11pm. Not sure why the music was playing so loud or why the authorities don’t have noise deadline time. Our balcony view was hidden at the side of the building with a small view of the sea.

We had room on the 5th floor with nice view but completely broken air conditioning. It was very warm whole stay. We couldn’t open window because next to hotel is Janeta beach club which one is very loud during the night. On the arrival day floor wasn’t clean properly as I found a few black hairs.

The staff and the hotel were really lovely and the location was on the beachfront, so the views were amazing. The breakfast was very good. Overall it was very good value for money. But...

The only downside was the bar directly across the road playing really loud music until 2 or 3 am. It was so loud all the doors, windows and shutters had to be kept shut at night and this only helped a little bit with the noise from the music. I can't stress enough how loud the music was. It's such a shame as we would not go back to the hotel because of it.

The breakfast was under expected average and unsatisfactory for us. Big disappointment.

it was out of hotel, but the noise from the beach bars was unbelievable. We were not able to sleep until 2 a.m.

Location was great the view was amazing from the room. Staff were v nice.

There were no tea coffee sashes in room even the kettle was not there but they provided a kettle once we asked for it.

It was superb clean location fantastic. Great value for money.

Nothing wrong with the property, being peak season it was very noisy due people having fun and loud music.

We liked the proximity to the beach and all restaurants. Very friendly and helpful staff.

No parking ,although we understand the area is crowded.
