- Location is great, close to the city center and central train station - The view from our room on the 14th floor was amazing - Polite and friendly staff - Good breakfast - Nice amenities in the room

- The room wasn't perfectly clean, e.g. there was dust under the bed, and the bed sheets had some (probably permanent) stains - Room facilities were overall good, but could have an upgraded TV, and something to prevent the bathroom floor from getting wet after taking a shower

Location is exceptional, just across the bridge from lovely Malmö old town and 4 minutes away from central station,in a pleasant and renewed area. Staff was totally helpful and kind every time we reached them. The room was super comfortable, great sound insulation, great pillows,linen, and towels. The Rituals amenities (including body lotion) were a nice touch. Breakfast was very good in general, with a large selection of nice quality food.The hotel is beautiful and well maintained. We'd definitely stay here again.

The air conditioner in the room was super cold. Even though it was said to be between 20 to 23 C⁰ it felt really cold to us, so it got a bit uncomfortable to sleep the first night(in our home, we keep it at 22 C⁰ and it definitely doesn't feel the same). The staff was so kind borrowing us a heather, which made it much better. Breakfast gets really busy on weekends, so it may take some patience to get a table on busier hours.

Very friendly staff, 5 min walk to Malmo central station which is convenient if you fly into Copenhagen airport as I did. Breakfast had bigger variety than many other hotels which was nice. Room was spacious.

One evening I ordered a salad from the room service menu. It is actually not room service but to be picked up at the reception. I was supposed to receive an SMS when the salad was ready for pickup but this message was never sent. After almost an hour I went to the reception who sent me to the bar. The salad stood ready in the fridge but nobody had informed me. Minor communication issue which can be improved. No big deal.

Wonderful breakfast set up, comfy bed, great shower. lots of elevators are nice to have in a build like that. OH, Amazing view from room!

Wish you were able to adjust the AC more, at least able to turn the blower on higher or able to adjust to a lower temperature. In the room you could only adjust the thermostat up three degrees (+3 C), back to zero or down (-3C). It would also auto reset back to zero around the middle of the day, I assume to help save energy. Did not really have any other major issues. Probably just a me issue, but you should NOT let this stop you from staying here, I would still recommend it.

Breakfast was fabulous, great choice of food and drinks. For some reason we were given a disabled person’s room. It was large and had a lovely view, but neither of us is disabled 🤔The terrace bar was pleasant on a sunny evening, we visited but didn’t eat at the Restaurant. Altogether a good stay. Friendly staff, great location and facilities.

One day after being out all day we returned at about 17.30 to find our room hadn’t been serviced. We were very tired and hot and would like to have had a shower. I went to reception to get clean towels and was told the cleaners were running late. They did come straight away but we weren’t very impressed with that.

The professionalism, helpfulness and friendliness of the staff who checked me in on 6 Jun and check me out on 10 Jun. It's a pity I didn't get his name but I think he was the only male staff there during that time. He has kindly gave me a wonderful room on the upper floor with a view to die for, and guide me on places of interest on a map. Upon check out, he has kindly help me store my luggages while we maximize our day in Malmö before we head for the airport. Breakfast was great with quite a lot of varieties to choose from Staff are polite and helpful eg staff who help me with the extra bed as well as cleaning staff who cleaned our room well. Location was great, everything seem to be within walking distance!

The staff was very friendly, the room was really pleasant and clean. There were generally no issues with the stay whatsoever, practically speaking.

The breakfast was good, but not as fabulous as it was advertised. It had reasonably limited options and the food was not kept very warm. The top floor offers an Italian restaurant and bar, but it is so incredibly crowded. The prices for any drinks in the lobby bar is INSANELY overpriced. I know things cost more in these kinds of places, but this was out of the ordinary.

Great location close to train station. Fantastic view from room looking towards the sea. Very comfortable bed and room. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Great variety of food on offer.

Due to the warm weather the room became hot during the day. The air con did not make the room cooler despite being set at a low temperature.

The property is in a very convenient location near to the central station and walkable to pretty much all of the sites in town. The hotel has a really great gym that’s really spacious and has all kinds of equipment. The room we ended up with had a decent view and was fairly large and comfortable. It also had a bath tub, which was nice. The breakfast was extensive and had all types of breads, dips, fruits and veggies, smoothies….so many choices. Overall, it was a good stay.

When we arrived at the property, we were given the wrong room. The room we were given at first was a tiny room with a view of a wall and one bed. I had requested two twins both when booking and closer to the stay through a message and was told I had not requested a specific type of bed. When I made the point that I had and quoted the dates, they agreed to move us. The original room would have been a much worse stay. Further, it’s a large hotel and the breakfast felt over capacity while we were there. It was also difficult to catch the elevator at points, so staying on a lower floor was beneficial.

For the price I paid it was exceptional. I travelled from Copenhagen by train and could see the hotel from the station so easy to find. Only an easy five minute walk. Reception staff were exceptionally friendly and efficient. My room was spacious and comfortable. There were plenty of lifts and easy to get around the hotel. I didn't use it but the gym was near my room and appeared to be popular. The views from the roof top bar on the 25th floor were spectacular. Unfortunately I left it too late to book a table but the food and ambience looked good. There was another restaurant on the ground floor but it looked busy with a big party so I went out and found a lovely area full of restaurants and was spoilt for choice. I had to leave early in the morning for another train for my onward journey and too early for the restaurant breakfast. But the reception staff had ordered a takeaway for me - bottle of water, fruit juice and sandwich, which was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel.

I really can't think - maybe to ask me on check-in if I wanted a restaurant table booking? But really it was no problem at all.
