We liked the friendliness of everyone around!There was a lady that made a great impression, I can't remember her name, I do remember her name is spelled different that most. She had just made a big batch of lemon infused water and I told her that was probably pour it all in my travel cup, she smiled and said "great, let me me know if you run out and ill make another pitcher!" She was super sweet!

The only thing that we didn't like was the drive up to the hotel, but that's just because the highway is gettin expansion and its the most convenient detour.

Breakfast selection was excellent. Room was cold, bed was soft & comfy. Shower and amenities were refreshing. Facility was very clean. Staff were helpful. Refrigerator and outside ice maker worked. Indoor pool was a highlight for our son. Best hotel to choose in this area! Good view of vehicles in parking lot. Newly renovated. Conveniently located.

We really enjoyed our stay. We have a family of 5 and our 2 rooms were close together (the staff happily accommodated our request, as I booked 2 rooms separately), the breakfast was hot and delicious, and my kids enjoyed the indoor pool. The location of the hotel is close to many stores and restaurants, and a central location for all of our needs while we stayed in Benton. Terri and the staff were very welcoming and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again when we visit our Benton family again.

The gentleman who helped us check in was great and very helpful! Rooms were nice pretty clean!

Breakfast looked amazing but we don’t eat pork it would be nice to see some chicken sausage or turkey. The rooms were nice but one pillow looked stained I set that aside since it was late everything else looks great. If you can get a stain out it should be thrown out and replaced.

Liked the area, the front desk lady was fantastic!! Her title should be Director first impressions!

I just want to know why I was charged 30$ more than what my receipt shows. I was charged $220 and not $190 as stated on my receipt I got the next morning. I see this was corrected

I liked the shower and the room was nice for the price point.

I just didn’t like that there was a wait at the front desk on two different occasions for any assistance. Once no one came.

The bed was fantastically comfortable. The shower had great water pressure. Being able to access our Netflix was a plus. The hotel was clean, well lighted, and tastefully decorated.

The breakfast was terrible....powdered egs, prepackaged sausage sandwiches, and carbs. Marriott has a better reputation than the breakfast portrayed. I would step up my game in this area if I were Marriott.

The breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of food. The bed was really comfortable and the staff were so helpful, considerate and friendly.
