The room was spacious, and the bathroom and shower were impeccably clean. The bed was very comfortable, and having several pillows added to the coziness of our stay. Our room view was perfect. Although we checked in late and the reception was closed, they provided us with a keycode for the digital locker at entrance, allowing us to retrieve the key and enter without any issues. It was a seamless and comfortable solution.

One of my expectations for the bed sheets is that they should be white, but they were creamy instead. I wasn't sure if this was due to age or if it was the original color. Additionally, there was no kettle in the room, which was surprising.

We love the Isar Hotel and staff. The staff is so friendly and helpful to give details about the area! We stay here any time we are in Munich area. It is a quick 10 minute drive to the airport, but located in a small town outside Munich. You can also easily walk about 20 minutes to the train station and head into Munich. The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable and the breakfast buffet is excellent! There is parking right outside the hotel.

The hotel is old, but has been luxurious in the past and maintained very well. This means that the rooms are large and have some outdated furniture, but everything works. The floor in our room has been replaced by a modern laminate flooring, the sealants have been redone and the furniture looks clean and fresh. The bed is more comfortable than most hotel beds. We enjoyed our stay here.

The location is far from Munich if you travel by public transportation (1h+). Also, the price we paid is too high, but that was probably because of Oktoberfest.

A huge, comfortable and clean room. Convenient location to the airport. I accidentally booked the wrong night and we turned up late and there was no key. The owner came to the hotel and let us in anyway and was so lovely about it! A short walk to the river. Warm, has elevator and was very large compared to other similar hotels. Taxi to the airport was 45€.

Staff members were Great and even though that the time was passed and there were no housekeepers in the hotel they still fulfill my request clean services in my room. Breakfast was fantastic! Rooms were Great!

Honestly a hotel like that should be located into the heart of the city! As a person working in hospitality i know how and were to locate problems. This Hotel had no problems. I will definitely stay there next time!

As always, the staff is very friendly and ever so helpful. Very clean and a very good breakfast too and has parking! We always stay here on our last night in Germany if we are flying out of Munich. The airport is only 15 minutes away. There are nice restaurants and shops within walking distance. The train station is a 15 minute walk to catch a train into Munich - 30 to 50 minutes away!

Excellent location for us, close enough to walk to everything we needed. Very good breakfast provided. Staff was super helpful with information. Bike storage in the garage was a bonus.

Excellent breakfast, lots of variety and very tasty. Spacious corner room with comfortable nook to relax in was a huge bonus. Loved the neighborhood and the quiet pace of the town of Freising in general.

It's a bit of a walk to the main town or from the train station.

Very nice staff, good bedroom, big and spacious. Good beds, very comfortable. The best part: breakfast was amazing! We stayed there during Oktoberfest, so Freising was a nice city to rest, eat and drink well.

Not the hotels fault but a bit of a walk to the nearest train station although there is a bus stop outside the hotel. The hotel is a bit outdated but it's clean enough.
