Wonderful bathroom and great location within walls, close to the main attractions. Just a small note—exploring Urbino requires a bit of stamina due to its hilly streets, but it adds to the charm of the city! Although I didn’t have breakfast during my stay, I happened to walk by the breakfast area and it looked fantastic, with plenty of delicious options. I’ll certainly make a point to try it next time!

My room was perhaps a bit smaller than expected, and the bed felt surprisingly short—possibly around 180 cm—but this is just a personal impression.

The staff were exceptional especially Eleanora , she was so good , we were delayed arriving at the Bonconte , we missed two trains so it was after 9:30 when we arrived and she came and collected us at the bus station . She was exceptional in every way . She ordered us a pizza and was so kind to us . The breakfast was exceptional and our room was so beautiful and very Italian in design Will definitely stay again , Couldn’t fault it

Had to ask for kettle in room, but it was provided willingly. Our room was in attic with limited headroom and roof windows, but in fairness we had chosen the basic double room standard.

Hotel location is perfect, just short walk from the main plaza and at the same time on the quiet side of the town facing to the most beautiful views from our windows. Very friendly reception lady gave us recommendations for good restaurants and places to visit. The city is compact and all historic sites and museum just short walk from the hotel. Good value for your money. Comfortable and clean rooms. Definitely recommend

Great place to stay

Hotel is on the edge of old town and it makes it quiet but still very centered. Breakfast was of two options either continental of Italian. Lost of fruits, sweet pies, meets, eggs etc.- very generous assortment. Room was nicely decorated and made Urbino renaissance feeling :).

To take a shower in jacuzzi bath was a bit inconvenient. Was difficult to navigate to the hotel as google maps led through old town narrow street. We were lucky to avoid police:)

Great breakfasts, perfectly clean, well located.

The end price was 10€ more than stated in the reservation, but a big deal, but it makes a difference when you pay in cash at the end of a stay.

It is my second time in this hotel..Very helpfull staff, nice and clean room and bath, very good location and quite.

The hotel was in a former villa with an attractive sitting room and dining room and a little roof terrace. It was quiet, with a beautiful view of hills and trees but within easy reach of the centre of town. The breakfast was plentiful and varied. Staff were friendly and helpful.

There was nothing I didn’t like.

The room was comfortable, the bathroom was fantastic. The breakfast was yummy and the breakfast terrace was super. The hotel is near the town centre. It felt very safe.
