👍 Good value for the price of this hotel. A good 15min walk from seibu chichibu express station. Staffs are really accommodating and friendly. Challenges are some staffs could communicate with basic english. It's ok, you got to always have a translator app. THE ROOM: Its like a mini studio condo room type, u got a small kitchen counter with sink. Good sizeable queen size bed and a sidetable and small couch. 👍 Experience local homemade food. They have a designated smoking room by the entrance of the lobby. 👍 Good washing machine at the laundry room. Toilets and mini bathroom so cute and clean. 👍 Free water and specific schedule time for free coffee

The interior of rooms could do an uplift, choice of bedsheets and wallpaper looks gloomy. For my Opinion : Surely a face-lift interior decor is highly recommended to boost the quality of the hotel. 😁 I don't like the color warm yellow for the bedroom lighting, it's unpleasant to the eyes. You have a remote for controlling brightness of your bedroom.

Great option if you want to visit the Chichibu area for a night or two away from Tokyo. The building is a repurposed corporate housing and a comfortable room for 1-2 travelers. Chichibu is very different from Tokyo so you will have a nice quiet stay in a convenient location. They city is walkable and the hotel is not far from the main JR station. The room was clean and the water was hot. Breakfast is a typical Japanese hotel fare with some western options as well. The staff is attentive and nice.

Check in and out was very easy - and there were many amenities available upon check in, like toothbrushes, cotton swabs, wash cloths, etc. The room is quite spacious and has a large bedroom, especially by Japan standards. The bed is comfy and the whole room was very clean. Breakfast was also very tasty and had a pretty expansive spread.

The hotel is a bit far from the station (10 min walk), but other than that, it was a great stay!

Great older style hotel with everything you need for a night or two. Staff are welcoming. The room is large and even has a microwave. Bed was comfortable. Convenience store nearby.

A little hard to find but that was due to google maps. It’s actually only an 7-8 minute walk from the Ohanabatake station.

It was very spacious, with a balcony also. There was a microwave, which was very handy. It had a top sheet on the bed, which I always appreciate. Also, there were plenty of hangers. Very cheap.

It was too hot, but opening the sliding door to the balcony helped that. The walls were very thin. The toilet paper was very thin. There was only one very small, very slow elevator.

good to put off shoes in the room. it is totally different from normal hotels. every room has a microwave that is very convenient.

the location is a bit away from the railway station. The road around is very narrow for large cars and difficult to find and park.

Our second stay here. Very wonderful. Good location, comfortable beds, perfect location, very close to both the main station and SEIBU-chichibu. The breakfast was delicious, though keep in mind, not western style.

The hotel is located right in the center of Chichibu and a fantastic starting point to explore all parts of the city. The room was way more luxurious than I expected it to be and the staff were incredibly attentive and helpful. It was also really quiet.

The beds were a little too soft.

The staffs were the friendliest. They were so patient providing me full detail informations on the best places to visit around the city.
