The location was great right near the beach and restaurants. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and spacious and there was an elevator to get my luggage to the 3rd floor. There was a great little coffee station and a safe. The staff went above and beyond, we had to leave early the next morning and for breakfast the staff packed us breakfast from the night before (although I was not asked dietary requirements unlike my colleague and ended up with a part of a meal I could not eat).

I would have liked some instructions for parking. There was parking down a set of stairs that was available, however I wasn't certain if we could use the parking at the top and not have to carry our luggage upstairs.

Breakfast was good, rooms were spacious and clean, staff was friendly. Location is great, close to the best restaurants and the gin bar downstairs is a treat.

Wifi connection wasn't great in our room, couldn't rely on it. It was a bit difficult to get information about our activities although we had booked them in advance through the hotel. It gave us the impression that our activities' reservations maybe hadn't been made yet. It would have been helpful for staff to have access to the set details/schedule of our next day activities the night we arrived.

Great location close to the sea and in the middle of the centre, Friendly helpful staff, they helped out booking excursions for us during our stay. We stayed in the bridal suite and it was a large room with a nice tub so we had a nice bath. Very good breakfast, it was fresh, modern and felt it had a luxury touch to it with fresh berries, seeds and nuts and special cheese. Great large parking area just outside the hotel. Great bars, return just outside the hotel too but we ate at some other places we found as top ranked on trip adviser which both had fantastic food

I dont know if this is a negative note for most people but the walls and interior was all white and grey, felt very fresh and crisp, a bit Scandinavian. This is not a bad thing but when travelling to Namibia we prefer it not to look like home and it felt it lacked personality. We could have been anywhere!

We spent here 2 nights of our honeymoon and the staff was very thoughtful with us and our special celebration. The room was comfortable, with all you need in, bathroom with both shower and bathtub. Tea, coffee, water in the room. Everything very clean and cosy. The breakfast was good, we were pleasantly surprised to find pastel de nata, a portuguese dessert. Someone comes to your table and you can order fresh omelette with your choice of add-ons. Overall we had a pleasant stay and we want to say again a big thank you to the nice staff :)

Perfectly located near the beach, a walk away from restaurants and supermarkets. Just perfectly situated. Staff are very friendly. One of them is a trained nurse who was available to administer first aid to my wife who had missed a step and rolled her ankle on the staircase. A special shout-out to her. Letitia and Sheryl-ann were great as well.

Lunch and dinner options unavailable

We stayed in the honeymoon suite, although we´ve been married for 35 years :-) and it was big, white, clean, modern and comfortable. We did not try the bathtub in the middle of the room, oh well - next time... The room had a nice little balcony and you could even spot the sea from there. Location is good and there is a public parking just outside the hotel. Breakfast was delicious. The whole place is very tastefully decorated and everyone in the staff was very nice. In other words - do not hesitate to stay here.

The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast experience was a 5-star experience. The location was ideal for me as I was close to amenities and the marathon start point that I traveled for.

I was slightly worried about parking being in the open next to drinking pubs as I was worried fights might break out and could throw bottles or stones on our cars

Everything about the stay was amazing. Room was spacious and had everything for our comfort - bathrobes, coffee and tea maker, even little sweet complement on our beds. Breakfast was exceptional - the best we had during the whole 2-week travel in Namibia. Staff was also very attentive and helpful.

Our room was facing the street, downstairs is a bar and it can get loud. But at 10, they closed down/asked guests to go in so it was not loud anymore.

Everything about the hotel. My husband and I traveled together and our room was spacious and super comfortable and cozy. And Nelly made our experience extremely amazing. She went above and beyond and it was also noted by other guests especially during breakfast. She made sure we were always comfortable each day we were there and we couldn't thank her enough. She truly did go above and beyond for us and the other guests. Definitely staying here again. And would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Swakopmund.

Central and clean hotel. The receptionist was very helpful and welcoming. Heating and hot water in the room. Hairdryer present. Located in a cozy street with nice pizzerias and bars downstairs. Good Breakfast
