Located in Beijing road, very convenient! Has spacious space room available for big family. there's a 7eleven downstairs and another convenient store downstairs, and also a row of eateries just in front. The room we stayed in has 2 bathrooms, 1 downstairs and 1 upstairs, but only the one downstairs you can take a shower.

The waiting time for elevator(6 elevators, 2 stops until 8th flr, 2 stops at odd and another 2 stops at even numbers) especially during peak hours, no international socket, need to bring your own. 2 entrances to access to the elevators, 1 from the apartment and 1 from the mall(nearest to beijing road), but the mall entrance closes at 10pm.

The room was clean, tidy and beds were comfortable. Housekeeping did an excellent job in cleaning up the room, changing of clean towels etc daily. Leaving our family a very comfortable room to return after a tiring day. Front desk staff was very prompt in getting our request done each time. Location was superb!!

The lifts took really long long time to arrive each time. That was the thing that we always stress about especially getting back to our room. And also we did not get any so called Welcome Fruit or snack and shuttle bus as stated in the heading of the hotel.

Location - right at beijing pedestrian street Value for money - 3 double beds for 5 of us. MYR 400 per night

Waiting Time for lift - took us average 10mins depending on the crowd to get to our room at level 25 As per our booking, there are 2 bathrooms in the unit but only one bathroom.

Room was spacious but rundown and the lift take long time. Also too many people using the lift. The shopper, delivery food driver & other. No privacy

Staff service is superb, cleanliness of the room, comfortable bed, rich room atmosphere, variety of food stall surrounding the apartment, and many more!

The elevator could use a little more efficiency as I struggle to wait for 10mins for the lift to arrived. at groubd floor to the highest floor.

lift is often crowded, hot water valve in the bathroom is very hot when turned off

The staff was excellent! They are a great help to some issue we experience while we are staying in the hotel (at 2am in the morning). Really appreciate their dedication to helping us and resolving our issue. The location was convenient and good as it is very near to Beijing Road. Closest metro is Beijing Road metro (approx 7mins walk from hotel).

The lift was crowded and slow at times.

the property is so nice even the style of the flat is looks so nice so i really would love to go back a gain in there but the issue is the communication is quite hard with the staff in English

i like location and style of the apartment eve the price quite good compeering with others , so i wish that will keep same on every time i visit china
