The hotel was in a great spot, next to one of the main streets.

When we arrived, we couldn't get inside the room. The host gave us the wrong keypass, so we couldn't get inside. We tried to contact them, but they didn't answer. Luckily, there were other apartments in the same building, so we didn't have to sleep on the bench that night.

I received the code from the host and said their reception closed at 6:00pm. We arrived at 9:45pm and used the code to get into the room. Suddenly a strong man with black and his partner came out to stop me. He said he had paid to extend the room until 10:00pm. We don’t have the right to come in. I rang the office and they denied to give me any compensation. We had to wait for they to leave. The room was terrible messy, we had to wait for the cleaner to come to clean the room until 11:00pm! It was very disappointed. We never ever want to come back. I went to the reception and asked the staff. He ignored my request and didn’t do anything.

Lift to busy, hard to find reception, no bell man service , and No one to help you to find reception, hotel name grand continental, you enter the hotel but can't find the hotel , you ask for hotel they bring you to another hotel in same building, very bad experience

The bathroom was very bad smells and needs to have a proper air ventilation system. And, the handbasin was water always stuck inside the basin. The aircond was leaking. In house Security (always sitting in front of the glass without doing anything) was very rude to all the guest, without having sense of security & hospitality.

awesome location. All amenities are at step distance. Room is in good size and bright.

terrible attitude and service. Toilet was clogged at first use, around 9:30pm. Called the service number but was told I had to solve it by myself or wait till next morning bcs they are off work. Had a big quarrel with the guy who kept yelling to me no service at night, Fxxk him. Fortunately I just booked 2 nights for trial instead of for my entire trip.

Nothing all was run down I don’t recommend this apartment.

The unit is run down also we waited for nearly 3hrs to check in the apartment as their counter was closed and no respond from their contact number
