Great location for everything. 2 rooms with river view as booked. lungages storages while you wait for check-in. We accidently discover that level 7 offers complimentary laundry room facilities with 4 washers, 4 dryers, ironing and a spacious area for folding and relaxing with tea making while doing laundry, a fantastic bonus.

The location is really good, in older part of Guangzhou, next to the metro station Haizhu Square, entrance F (just for info). Restaurants and shopping nearby and close to the Beijing Road. Nice shower and a separate bath also with a view to the river (booked a room with river view). Nicely decorated rooms. Comfortable quite soft bed.

The carpet in our room looked a bit dirty with some old (coffee?) stains.

It's an amazing price for the good location and the room view. The people working in the front desk were very friendly and helpful. A special thanks to Mrs. Nomad's help during our stay. The bus tour of the city sponsored by the hotel was fantastic with delicious traditional Cantonese dim sum on board.

It's located at the city centre, can easily access a lot of tourist places like Beijing road, Tianzhi port, Dafoshi, Shengxin Cathedral and 200m away from rail( Haizhu Guangchang - F exit). Shamian Island and Chan clan ancestral hall is also 4-5 stations away from the hotel. The hotel provide free laundry room where you can wash, dry and iron.

We're from Malaysia, so no bidet is an issue.

The breakfast is a Chinese one and not international. It's poor in many aspects such as fruits, non availability of cheese, different kind of bread and the quality of tea is below the standard. The carpets in the room has not been cleaned for certain time.

Convenient location with eateries just across the road. Shopping is also nearby.

There is not enough of sofa / chairs at the spacious reception foyer. During my 4 nights stay, we had travel group assembling at the reception, only chinese wooden seats for around 8 pax ?

Excellent hotel in the heart of Guangzhou. Being near Haizu Square puts you in the focus point of the city. Transportations is easy with plenty of taxis and in close proximity of the Haizu line 6 metro station.

Food at the hotel is mediocre to say the least, also room service is lacking, but for exploring the city this is not the main concern.

It was near the bus terminal where we made a trip to Zhuhai. Very convenient.

Taxi generally do not come into the drive way to pick passengers. We have to go out to the main road to flag a taxi. Hotel could offer breakfast for free even when we forgot to book with agent.

Rooms are clean and well maintained, location is good for my kind of travel.

Great Location , very close to metro Haizu Square station , Exit F. Staff very nice and helpful, good Service mind , Jane is very nice, she can speak English and Thai. Great. Nice view of the River.
