Staff was great! Very friendly and happy to help! Some speak English. Everything looked new and not run down. Room was well equipped. Is as shown on the pictures.

Some stains in the bathroom. Most likely from water and the soap bowl. Nothing bad. Other than that it was very clean.

Seamless check in, great location, english speaking staff. Easy to find:the building is big on the main streat, walking distance from 2 metro stations (easily connected to airport and aouth station for transfers to Macau and HK)

All was perfect for our first nights ever in China

The hotel is clean and new. Although the nearest metro is The 2nd Worker's Culture Palace, Exit D, still need to walk about 7mins or 400m away. There are only bridal shops along the walking path. However, have to walk further/beyond the metro station(the other direction), then there are eateries and shops.

Eateries and shops are not near, not like within doorstep.

It is near to metro station, near to everything. It was simply clean, staff was nice. My husband get sick, and they give us medicine. Always tried to help. Some of them speak a little bit English.

The room is small, but all we needed was there.

Windows in the rooms are are small and window frames are old. Noises from outside coming inside.

Hotel staff was very helpful, my flight got delayed but they checked me in flawlessly. The building itself is easy to find, there is a bus stop nearby. Got free upgrade to a better room, and it was so spacious and clean, even had a washing machine, oven, and a full sized fridge so I guess a studio is a better word. I payed for breakfast and they have the option to bring it to your room. Breakfast was Chinese noodles with fried egg and coffee, it was perfect. Also, the staff has a device for translating so don't worry about communicating with them. Will absolutely stay here again 10/10 experience.

Staff were helpful ; room was nice.

We stayed at this hotel only for one night and it was good for this porpose: located pretty close to the metro, the stuff was polite, the room was clean and there were kettle, water and teabags.

It seems that the district is not very nice, although the hotel itself is good. Also, despite the hotel is close to the metro, the road is not very simple when you have luggage because you have to cross a bridge and you have to walk on the cobblestones.

Location was quite convenient, it was a walkable distance to a subway station. And had a mall and other shops a little further from the station. It was further from the Tianfu area but close to the Beijing Lu and Yongqingfang area. The room was nice and bed comfortable.

They had wifi with the room, however, it required a Chinese phone number to use. There was a leak underneath the bathroom sink which was a bit annoying.

Great room and wonderful house keeping services... They cleaned ever yday and gave us complimentaries every day.. the staff is friendly but they could not speak English . Location was really good, close to the busy areas in the city but far from the noise

I wish they spoke English, it would have been easier to communicate
