Whilst the rooms were outdated, we had a Riverview room, and it was large with a couch and two chairs, heaps of rooms and again whilst outdated, least it was very clean.

Zero English speaking skills, no sign out the front, no concierge to help with bags, no pool

I would give this place 100/10 for the location. Its relatively close to metro station, quiet area, malls and food in walking distance. The staffs didnt speak english but my rubbish chinese and google translate helped with communication. They accept international credit card. The room is huge

Facilities is really dated and need to be upgrade. But for the price I paid, it was good enought. The facilities included washing machine and drier is only available for a selected rooms and need to be requested in advance. No breakfast but this is right in the middle of Guangzhou, you can grab a bite in walking distance. Room came with a bidet but its broken.

It is not comfortable to sign in the Wifi if the guest does not have China Mobile Phone Number. The toilet is not big especially the washbasin, the floor in the toilet is always wet

The whole staff (Reception, Restaurant, Cleaning) were friendly and very helpful despite their very limited english speaking knowledge. The hotel is located just meters away from the Pearl Rver. 24 hours open supermarkets are just next to the hotel, Also there are some bars, clubs are many restaurants around. Beijing road is just 5 minutes walk away.. Room is quiet and cleaning is every day. Breakfast menu is well designed with Veggy, meat and Chinese dessert options.

The way goes to the Hotel restaurant looks like a bit under renovation. That might be designed in a better way. Also a note for Western visitors, You can not reach to Western internet services or a Vpn thru the Hotel wifi due to the regulations in China.

Excellent location, friendly staff at the reception, especially the lady at the breakfast buffet! Cleaning ladies were doing really good job to compensate the poor state of the structure.

It really needs to be renovated, there was a heavy smell of moist everywhere
