The staff is very nice, quiet rooms, Breakfast is good and even though it’s far from the city there is easy access if you are driving.

The ac did not work and guests were complaining for the heat. In addition, The temp thermostat does not have numbers to set so you can tell what the temp is. Very old devices that should be replaced. The shower had mold on the corner

This budget hotel is a great choice for travelers with rental vehicles heading to Florence and Chianti. It offers a spacious free parking lot, as well as a secure closed parking area for 14 euros per day, well worth the cost given its remote highway location. Our stay was pleasant overall. The room was clean, and the air conditioning, while effective, took a bit of adjustment. The adjacent mall with a supermarket was convenient for supplies. The friendly staff and 24/7 reception added to our sense of security. It's a typical three-star hotel experience, meeting expectations without exceeding them.

The room didn't have a mini-fridge so it was impossible to store any cool water.

Close to the Gigli Mall, but far from the rest of the world, and not simple to reach with public transport. I was working in Campi Bisenzio, so it was fine for me, but not for holiday. The breakfast wasn't very reach, in particular one of the 2 days of my stay, some food was already finished.

Staff was very helpful, and the Ibis standard holds its place. The breakfast was good and had a few options of pastries. We needed to chill a bottle of wine and they even gave us a proper ice bucket for it. There is a nearby mall with all sorts of restaurants and a great supermarket.

When we arrived, the bathroom smelled like urine, we let the staff know and they said they would change the room. We went to the nearby mall for dinner, and they sent someone to clean it. However, the smell came back after a few uses, I think there may be a problem with the plumbing.

Very friendly staff, they helped us if we needed anything. The room was nice a surprisingly big, there was a big table, we used to fix our FPV drone. The shower was nice and warm. There was only one standard EU power socket, even TV used reduction. Parking was no problem right in front of the hotel, it got very full in the evening, but there is a big shopping center next to the hotel. We used a car to get to the city center, but you can also use the train. Breakfast was very good and there was a very funny guy that made our morning even better. The room was cleaned every day.

WiFi was a little bit slow, but it was enough. Not many standard EU power sockets. You have to use adapters for hair dryer, chargers, laptop...

Very kind staff who perfectly understood our needs and went all the way to explain room rates, understand our needs, exceed them when necessary (offered us free coffee to compensate for us waiting for our room, and faulty cards) and we were offered free secured parking the last day. Also, the Gigli Mall nearby (walking distance) is a gem. we shopped over and over at the Mall, and had numerous dinners when we came back exhausted from our visits. it was a blessing. This Ibis hotel is located near Prato and other places of interest (in addition to Firenze, of course) and only 15 min drive from the airport and car rental places, so we were very happy of this additional level of convenience.

it is located in an industrial zone and the room view (of the Mall parking, or the road) is not the most romantic. But at the end of the day, the convenience and proximity of the Mall + 15 min from airport + the fact it is a central node for transportation (by car) made it all up

The staff made it very easy to get in and out. Especially a really friendly and knowledgeable gentleman at the reception, Djelloul (I hope I am not messing up the spelling of his name), who was really helpful and gave me all the advice and information I needed to make the best of my stay.

For the purpose that I booked it, to be close to my work place, it was perfect. I would not recommend it if you want to vsit Florence unless you have a means of transportation arranged. There was nothing that I could score the place down considering the intended purpose.

Basic but it has everything I needed for a business trip. I liked being close to the Gigli shopping complex to eat.

Shower cubical needed replacing. Doors didn’t close very well.
