The room was large with a big comfy bed. It was very modern, the bathroom was nicely designed. I liked the balcony and wall of sliders. It was spacious. The food at the restaurant was decent.

The parking lot was tiny and hard to get in and out of. Breakfast was OK (not great). The hotel charged $4 for a small bottle of water which seemed outrageous to me. It's also a little bit out away from town so there's nothing else around there.

Room was a very good size. The sofa bed was comfortable and a large size for my 11 year old daughter. The main bed was large and very comfortable. The breakfast was good and filling. The rooms were very clean and overall it was excellent.

The pool is small but we were the only ones there so it worked for us, however if there were more people it would be very hard to enjoy. The only thing is it is out of the way from most restaurants or bars so you do have to drive toward the main areas.

Located in a quiet area. A bit of a distance from town but still walkable. Rooms had a small kitchenette which was nice. They were also quite large and overall very comfortable.

Waited a half hour for someone to return our call for room service before finally giving up. Could use some improvement in their communication. Not sure why our order couldn't at least have been taken and told it would be an hour or however long like most hotels.

The room was spacious and comfortable and the breakfast was quite good. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable.

The gym could use some free weights. It only has cardio machines. It’s a nice location across the street from the water but it is a 30 minute walk to the old section of town, so some may require a taxi or a car.

We do not use the pool due to climate issues. The breakfast was very good and rich and we had dinner once in the hotel restaurant. We found the dinner very tasty, but the portions were a little small for the price. In any case, I value it positively. I really liked the room. Very spacious, ventilated and bright. I love the kitchennet because it allows me to prepare small things bought in the city.

The facilities were amazing, nice spacious rooms and free parking available.

Since I didn't speak Spanish, there was issues wrt communicating with the Hotel Staff. The breakfast wasn't value for money and felt forced and not enjoyable.

Gostei muito da localização, da vista da praia (rio), dos atendentes no checkin e checkout, do silêncio, da piscina climatizada.

Não gostei muito do banheiro não ter porta sem ser de vidro para quem usa ter mais privacidade. Não gostei dos equipamento da academia; a esteira quase impossível de se caminhar; não tinha pesos.
