After a long transatlantic trip to be booked into a studio, that was listed as not to be used due to repairs needed. Had to move to different studio the following day, but on the same floor. Got 5 star help from receptionist. The second studio was later reported giving water damage in the fitness room below the unit. That meant a lot of people coming and going all afternoon while I was trying to relax. Problem was the drain in shower that hadn't been cleaned for a while and was clogged up. Rooms need to be vacuumed more often due to colors chosen for the interior. Dirt sticks to your feet and gets into beds and a lot of dust.

Everything was perfect Close to Bus stop and DTU where we attended a thesis defense Room was not very big but beds were comfortable and made every day At night there was always coffee and tea at the lobby, we also enjoyed that Breakfast was plentiful and good

There was a confusion with my booking, it was not exactly as how I booked on booking, but everything was promptly solved

Hotel is very nice, completely new, has a free spacious parking lot, there are roads around, but despite the open window there was no noise at night. Room is modern, beautiful, bed is very comfortable. Bathroom is modern and new. Bed, table and clothes rack are the only equipment. Since we arrived late, we checked in at the hotel reception via an electronic tablet. You fill in the data, get the number of room and a room card. The hotel looks more elite in the photos, but in reality it is more of a new bed and breakfast type of hotel. Breakfast was good - Fresh bread, pickles, peppers, good coffee, several types of yogurts, also lactose-free, vegetable milks, scrambled eggs, honey, butter, marmalade, cheeses, teas, juices, croissants, I like it was that there was no crowd at breakfast.

The fruit at breakfast could be sliced and there could be more vegetables on offer. The room is a bit dark, too black, it could be better light inside. There is no water heater and no glasses in the room.

The hotel is well located very close to DTU.

The beds are not supercomfortable, but still ok. What I cannot understand, is that there are not drawers or cabinets. If you have clothes or anything, needs to be over the seat or the table...

Very comfortable bed and lovely bathroom. Good sized rooms. Free parking. Very convenient to the university and beautiful Lyngby.

There was a kettle but no milk or teas provided in the room. No direct access to the car park (you had to walk around the building).

Near to DTU, easy access to public transport, clean, safe, easy check-in & out, free luggage storage.

Size - Rather small. Not enough space to keep 2 large luggages open.

It is a modern hotel, with clean and organized rooms. Reception & cocktail bar is quite nice and cozy as well. Quite a new building, with quiet rooms - ideal for those traveling for work.

However, I thought that the price of the stay was way too expensive, considering that the facilities provided by the hotel were as "normal" as many other hotels with cheaper stay prices. The breakfast was quite simple too. Finally: the location (including the lack of bars and restaurants around) is not optimal at all.

Booked hotel as close to where I was working for a week, so easy to commute

Shower didnt drain quickly so lathough bathroom was like a wet room the shower water overflowed onto bathroom floor and around the toilet. No restaurant

The hotel name reveals what it is for; sleep. So no extra fuss but just a room with a large bed, a tiny desk and a good shower. Do not expect anything more, it’s the bare necessities.

I really thought a coffeemaker or a kettle wouldn’t be a luxury to have in the room. There were pots of coffee and hot water in the lobby but that’s quite a hassle.

On the whole, definitely a good location and very comfy stay. Although slightly away from the city center, locality seems quite calm and laid back. Loved looking over the Maseratis and Ferraris :) made for a nice view

Front desk staff messed up and confused us a bit on the payments/refunds. And the wait time for response to get some details before and during check out was are also quite long. Better front desk management would make the place better.
