We were in Kuching for a conference and stayed here for 5 days. This hotel exceeded our expectations! The room had everything we needed, including TV & kettle & nice towels. The room had a window overlooking the street but it was so quiet inside even during noisy traffic times. The location on J. Padungan is fantastic, with all the shops and cafes and bars nearby and a short walk to the riverfront. There is laundry service nearby that delivers to the hotel. We spent a bit of time in the hotel foyer waiting for Grab cars and enjoyed talking with the hotel staff, who were fun & friendly and welcoming.

There wasn’t anything that I didn’t like about the property.

The location of the hotel is good, there are a lot of food stall around it where you can just walk to those food stall. The room is spacious and clean. Toilet also clean. The staff also nice.

Please consider to put at least the square fridge. And also there is no coffee or tea pack.

Everything is ok apart from the smell of blankets and mattress sheets.

The smell of blankets and mattress sheets was as unpleasant as not being washed. I felt dizzy smelling the blankets and mattress sheets.

Accessible to eateries, convenient stores & walking distance to tourist sights.

Pillows were hard, no soap & shampoo dispensers & drinking water was upon request. Although there was a kettle, no coffee or tea was provided.

Spacious rooms with everything you need. Great location with riverfront nearby and lots of restaurants, shops etc. Helpful, friendly staff.

The room so clean,so many shop nearest n just walking beside the hotel to buy a drink or food.

Only the TV have a limited channel especially local channel .No local channel . Need more improvement that's all.

Friendly front desk staff & great location close to many eateries and waterfront attractions. Good wifi coverage too (1F).

-Location is close to town, local grocery stores and eating places (include traditional bakeries) -Friendly staffs that answer my questions promptly before my arrival and throughout my stay -Rates include parking: though the car park is not right in front of the hotel, it is within walking distance, well lit, safe and gated during the night -Wifi speed is superb -Air conditioner is very cooling -Free mineral water almost everyday -Bed is comfy: 2 types of pillow are provided (soft and hard) and the beddings have no musty smell

-Poor soundproof: noises from the street and those coming from the room next to ours are audible at night -Bathroom (shower and toilet together) is a little too small for 3 of us -No proper shower curtain/door and hence the toilet is wet as well after shower -Only shampoo and soap is provided -Sink is too small to put anything else -Bathroom is not ventilated at all

Good location, close to alot nice food and kopitiam. Budget for family to stay. Staff friendly.

Limited parking as have to park at public street parking, first come first serve. Hotel room about old design, but no compalint at this price range and location.

Walking distance, near to waterfront area

No cleaning service after we put on button clean up room. So, no change of towel and soap in our room.
