it was a very comfy place. it had lifts and stairs. the room hot water was good. staff was helpful. with cafe and restaurant downstairs so you can get food easily. for breakfast, a nasi dagang shop is a walk away near the traffic light and it is already quite near to KT town without being deep in KT town. worth the price

it was directly in front of a town main road and with lots of restaurants downstairs so parking can be a hassle but there is actually ample parking beside the building but we only notice it in the morning. not really an issue if you know it beforehand. maybe water pressure slightly low but very acceptable

- The shower water pressure is quite low. - No towel bar available in the bathroom, only hooks. - No window in the room.

I have stayed here on several occasions for my working trips to Kuala Terengganu. Location is ideal for my purpose and for those going for a bit of R&R would be ideal too as it's near Pantai Batu Burok and several landmarks. The room I have stayed in is the Double/Queen bed room, no outside views or ventilation except for the ventilation fans in the bathroom of course. Room is quite clean and tidy and suitably decorated, No complaint in that department. All the facilities and modcons, air-conditioning, hot/cold water pump, electric kettle, tv are in working condition plus the usual instant coffee and teabags available. Handy when you really want a cuppa. Ample parking at the back of the hotel plus a few restaurants located downstairs and along the same row of shops. And a short drive to many restaurants, stalls etc within minutes of driving. Hotel staff are friendly. Quite during my stay, and basically no major complaint.

No ventilation and the nextdoor guest smoking in the bathroom with the smoke getting into the room through the ventilation duct. Had to turn on the exhaust fan in the bathroom which is totally unnecessary. The room is a bit small plus the linen, while clean, is due for replacement. Bathroom floor and wall, need a once-over scrubbing.

This is actually the fourth or fifth time I've stayed here. This is a budget hotel and the comments reflect this. Cleanliness and location of the hotel, near to all the places I need to go to on this trip (being a working trip). A quiet place and easy to park plus near to a number of restaurants and stalls. There's a cafe downstairs and restaurants along the same row of shops anyway if you don't feel like driving out. The cafe is quite good with local and western food available. The mod cons are working plus the usual coffee, tea, sugar and electric kettle to make your own hot drink. Good water pressure with the hot water pump working well. TV is with limited channels but then again, it's not a major issue. The room has a reasonable amount of room to move about, not too cramped. Clean linen and pleasant deco. And the staff were quite helpful with some of my requests plus during one night, I accidentally left my keycard on the room. The system was for some reason down. The technician had to come in again to assist to get me another keycard. And the best part is that the rate is very reasonable.. Recommended 👍👍👍👍👍

1) Windowless. 2) Smoking. One of the guests must be smoking and since there's no window, it came came through the exhaust fan vent in the bathroom. I ended up having to turn the exhaust fan all night long. 3) Leaking air conditioner/compressor with the liquid discharge dripping on the wardrobe. 4) Linen especially the towels need to be replaced 😁 5) And the bathroom wall need a bit of scrubbing..

The staff was friendly and helpful. the place we stayed in was clean. there is free parking and the staff at ghe counter told us where best to eat for local breakfast. thank you so much

I was surprised that in this app it says total for 1 night is ~RM99. but when we get there we need to pay ~RM105

Strategic location, friendly staff, comfortable room.

Somehow there was cigarette smell coming from the bathroom. Not sure if it was from the below room. Have given this feedback to the staff and they promised to take action for the same.

Cleanliness and very hygienic, the most strategic location where stalls and shops are under the hotel itself, price is super cheap and affordable, friendly staffs and comfortable bed.

The interior decoration quite eerie and scary. The lighting is super dim where our family found it quite scary to stay. My family wish the old fashion chair and classic decoration should change to something more cheerful and safe.

This is a budget hotel so we didn't expect much but the location is great with abundance of food just outside the hotel. Really nice ambient around the place.

Maybe lack of chairs inside the room.
