To be honest, if you fancy new furniture in hotel, this place is not for you. However, if you value tranquility, peace of mind, waking up to fresh air, with the sound of birds chirping, greenery, strolling around the hotel garden or even nearest Kulim's Park after meals, have your kids running around in the garden instead of being stuck into the gadgets, then this is the ONE and ONLY place in Kulim to check in. Room is spacious, view is gorgeous !!! Best of all FRESH AIR! and it is FOC.

Cleaner should spend bit more effort in cleaning especially the bathroom. Spray some bleach into the corner of bathroom, leave it there for while and scrub it gently. It's is such a nice hotel, just being extra clean in this area will bring up the value. Of course, for those who don't fancy brand new furniture when checking in :) .... or you may bring your own furniture ... :p

My family like d hotel very much bcoz d rate is affordable.

1) we don't like d hotel bcoz still got to use stairs which make us feel breathless by d time we reached d room. This can kill us. If d management can install even a small lifts we would be so grateful n definitely more clients will come here. 2) Prefers bright lights in d room instead of d toilet. We don't come to d hotel just to sleep n for sure we do not want to write or reading in d toilet. Thank you.

There is swimming pool, no strict rules on the attire when using the swimming pool. A lot of parking space. Price is suitable.

Shower is not really great. Water flow is a bit slow. Unable to adjust/position to direct the water to spray as much as you like, made us need to pull it out & hold it using our hand to be more satisfied with it. The air-conditioner directing the cold air towards 1 spot more than the whole area made the targeted area become excessively colder than the rest. Unable to adjust it. Either it is really can't adjust or we don't know how to do it, not really sure.

Conveniently located near the wet market, with easy access to delicious local food. The hotel is old, but the management has made commendable efforts to maintain it well. Don’t expect luxury—just a simple, comfortable place to rest and recharge.

Avery things is good except the shower at the bathroom is so slow.. the tab water should be improved because avery time I in kulim or sg petani my 1st choice is sri Malaysia so hopefully the management can do something for the next time...servers better for the guests... TQ

I did not sign up for breakfast.

I always do brisk walk while I stay here. However, the small door near the pool is always locked and it takes a while for staff to come and unlock.

The quality of foods served match the price paid

Walk up apartments or rooms with no lift. Ground level rooms would give convenience to elderly clients.

Next time i still want the same room 132@128 ,coz d room is big than b4,almost 4 y stay check in at seri malaysia kulim this is my 1st time got a big room...Sangat selesa n puas hati
