Nice old property set back from main road and nice garden with some big trees and pool out back. Very quiet Breakfast standard buffet with fresh cooked eggs to order. Air Con in room was nice. 10 min walk to train station and 20 minute (?) train to antwerp centraal every half hour, only 4 euro each way. EV charger (AC) in site. Beveren itself hasnt too much to offer but some cafes and bars if you need it. Cafe Jules Verne was good for us for dinner. Private parking is available but their courtyard is small so there is a bit of rearrangement to get everyone in and out to suit arrivals and departures. Parking on the street is charged.

I think the fact that I slept better here, having had surgery, than I do at home, speaks volumes. The B&B itself is beautiful. Immaculate, furnished to the very highest standard (think top end boutique hotel). Beds are super comfy (I'm like the proverbial princess and the pea - if it's not right I don't sleep). Rooms are well supplied with fridge, great bathroom and toiletries, TV that will run your Netflix account. Temperature is perfect (again, I'm going through the menopause so need great temperature control). Rooms quiet and well insulated. Location - right in the centre of Beveren - easy to get to from Antwerp or Brussels. Took three hours from London. The town itself is quiet and has decent local eateries (remember - note to the reviewer that got twitchy about the reception not being constantly manned - this is a B&B). Breakfast is delightful - upscale continental with a wonderful selection of pastries, cold meats and cheeses, cereals, breads, fruit and other savoury options. The breakfast room is beautiful and looks over the well maintained gardens and swimming pool. Seema, the owner, goes out of her way to make everything comfortable - her attention to detail is excellent and nothing is too much trouble. As with all the best places, it's the people that run it that make it exceptional. Thank you for an incredibly comfortable, warm and welcoming stay.

Seema, who runs the business, supported by equally helpful husband, Bert, could literally not do enough to ensure our stay was the most comfortable, pleasurable experience it could be. By the time we were leaving, we felt more like family than paying guests.The breakfasts were top quality and plentiful and the room spacious and superb for comfort and amenities. We would, and already have, recommended Notarishuis Beveren B&B to several friends and family and will continue to do so.

Seema absolutely makes the Notarishuis the great experience that it is, she is the most pleasant and helpful person you could wish to have in a hotel. She could not have done more to help us, even accommodating our dog for a late night tiddle in the garden when dogs are otherwise not allowed. However there is a park less than 5 minutes walk from the hotel that is great for dogs. Notarishuis is a very attractive building with a beautiful garden. Breakfast was great and again Seema was happy to get us anything we needed.

The same wonderful greeting. Exceptional eye for detail in the rooms and a care for your stay beyond compare. The heated pool is really nice at this time of year with warm water and places to sun bathe. The sun in the secluded garden and the view from the garden room onto the perfectly presented garden .. truly amazing.

Seema and staff was always making sure i was ok . The location was amazing plenty to and loads of shops. I stayed here as I was getting Surgery again by the amazing Dr Oelbrandt. This hotel made my recovery alot easier as it had everything I needed to make it a pleasant stay. Thank you 😊

the lady of the house was super nice and friendly, she gives you a warm welcome.

it was a bit dusty underneath the bett and personally the mattress was too soft for me. it was a bit too cold for me the first nights.

Great room, facilities and service. Seema and her husband showed great hospitality. It was 37 degrees the day we left and they offered to drive us to the station to save us walking in the heat. Greatly appreciated.

The owner is very helpful. Nothing is too much trouble, all her staff and friendly and approachable and the whole place is spotlessly clean. My stay felt very relaxed and I enjoyed my breakfast and the facilities are better than most hotels I have stayed at.

Unbelievable stay, Host Seema was amazing, such a beautiful property, breakfast on the terrace was unreal. The customer service and personal touch makes this a place to return to. Amazing.
