The location is very central in Antwerp with good connections going to the highway and to locations in the city. The biggest plus of all are the ladies at the front desk who go above and beyond to make you feel at home and support you with everything. Check-in was fabulous: first time I didn't hear a front desk staff member cry about "you are too early" but instead handed over my key with a smile. The room was clean and the lady who cleaned on the 3rd day was super friendly, quick and efficient.

Paid parking is so not done... 21 euro per 24 hours. This should be included in the price, which was by the way on a high level for this type of accomodation, even if you take out the payment fee. No water boiler or anything in the room, small room with basic (but good) facilities. Yes, you can get hot water, coffee or tea etc 24/7 in the lobby but that is not always practicle. Price/comfort balance wasn't there, unfortunately. Every 3 night cleaning is also a bit new to me, and not seen positive. I am used to every night or every other night... well maybe it is just me, but hey! it is my review

I chose this hotel because of its location, 1.5km gets me to the central train station, Grote Markt, MAS (600m?) and surrounding areas that I didn’t ride the tram, bus, or taxi for the duration of my stay. On my first night, I already realized how comfortable the bed is, it is by far the most comfortable in this trip compared to the one in Paris and Amsterdam, both of which are very good already. Staff are very accommodating, kind, supportive, and knowledgeable. I forgot my travel adapter so I’m delighted to find a wireless charging plate and two USB sockets for my gadgets.

That was a very positive experience. Great location: between the picturesque old town, hipsterish areas around harbours and nice non-tourist streets. I loved the funky and colourful interiors of the building, everything was totally cleen. My room was quite spacious and had 3 windows with nice views. The staff was sincerely positive and kind, and you could get free lemonade and pastry at the reception. Checkout at 12:00 was a good advantage if you don't like morning rush. And the price in the end was below anything similar i saw in the city.

For such price - nothing; everything was better than i expected.

Breakfast terrific - lots of options. Parking was provided for about 21 euros / day - nice to ditch car - would have liked to pay less. Can bike in Antwerp for five euros a day !! Bike drop offs everywhere . Love this option . Location nice - with bike can get to central Antwerp - and comfortably walk to some sites such as red star line museum

Check in a bit chaotic - had to use computer and have passport etc and one person supporting lots of people at desk. Stressful . Room was okay - basic - the price was competitive Locating property was confusing - signage very poor and had to stop multiple pedestrians after parking and walk around for 10’ to find the hotel! Even with google maps !

Good budget hotel in a location 10 minutes walk from the city centre. There are restaurants and a food hall nearby at the marina. Staff were excellent both at check in and also in the morning when they provided us with Plates etc when we decided to grab a light breakfast from a local store. Hotel was clean. There is 24hr free hot drinks available from the machine in the breakfast room. Secure and Free Cycle parking is available in the basement car park.

Breakfast seemed expensive and we decided to skip this, so can't comment on quantity. The hotel colour scheme (Purple and Yellow Corridors) is a bit harsh on the eye!!

The staff was super friendly. The room and bathroom were clean, although the design of the rooms was more artsy than I expected. I regret a little bit that we didn't choose to eat breakfast in the hotel - it would be far more convenient.

Very good location - easy walk into town or get either a 1 / 24 tram from Paadenmarkt tram stop ( 5 minute walk from hotel ) Room was quiet, clean and comfortable Breakfast was quite good ( apart from the coffee, which was disgusting ) - plenty of vegetarian options Staff were friendly and helpful Bed was extremely comfortable Shower was clean and spacious

The room was a bit dingy and poorly lit. There was no desk lamp, which made work difficult. Coffee machine in the breakfast room served tasteless, luke-warm, insipid cappuccino. Worst coffee I have drank in ages. I would much prefer an option of plain filter coffee for breakfast but these bland machines seem to have taken over. Not all 'progress' is good.

Amazing staff! The staff were absolutely incredible—welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. They truly made the stay special! The room was comfortable, clean, and had all the amenities I needed. Also the free coffee and tea was offered. The location was also excellent—close to key attractions and easy to get around. Loved everything

They didn't tell me that breakfast wasn't included in my stay. Everyday I walked by the reception and got my breakfast, sometimes they asked my room number, and I thought it was just for controlling reasons. By the end they told me I had to pay for each breakfast I had and, most importantly, they would be charging me 18€ for *each breakfast*. I couldn't understand why the price was so high, since it is written nowhere, plus nobody told me that beforehand.

The hotel is in a quiet neighbourhood and our room was facing inwards toward the inner courtyard, so it was super quiet. The room was basic but comfortable and the breakfast was delicious with a good variety and great coffee. We only stayed one night but were allowed to leave our car in the hotel's parking garage until afternoon at no extra cost. We greatly appreciated this. Also, when we returned to pick up our car, we were offered coffees from the breakfast room's coffee machine at no extra cost.
