The location of the hotel is great, 5-minute walk from Antwerp Centraal railway station (frequent trains to Brussels Zaventem airport, Brussels central, Ghent, Brugge and other towns in Flanders) and in 10-munute walk distance to Grote markt. The room was clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the heating was superb for the cold February days. The bathroom was clean and spacious, bathtub + shower with hot water enough to relax after wandering around Antwerp. The breakfast option seems a bit pricey, though. However, there are plenty of solutions for tasty bites and beer around the hotel. Check-out at noon is a plus.

The location was very convenient—close to the central station and within walking distance of the city center. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. I also appreciated the calm atmosphere in the hotel, which made it easy to relax after a long day.

Only a minor issue: the soap (shower gel) in the bathroom was already empty when we checked in and unfortunately remained unnoticed by housekeeping until the second day. When we asked the receptionist about it, the staff member on duty didn’t have access to the inventory to restock it.

Room was nice and bright, the breakfast was wonderful, large selection of food, drinks and sweets. We are very satisfied. The location is in 7 minutes walk from Antwerp-central station and 20 minutes walk to historical center (such as Brabo's Monument etc.). We flied from Brussels airport which is 30 minutes by train from/to Antwerp-central. It is quite convenient. The Astoria hotel location is quiet place, that you will have comfortable sleep. So I recommend this hotel. The Carrefour store open every day till 21:00 and it is near Astoria hotel (1 minute walk)

Great location for a super low price, close to the Schouwburg where we needed to be for a show and walking distance from many of the other great spots in Antwerp. Room is spacious and very comfortable with everything you need. There is also a lovely Italian place across the road that serves an amazing lunch during the week.

The carpets in the room could do with a bit of a deep clean. Literally the only criticism though. The rest was above expectation for the price!

Very nice, friendly staff. Good range of breakfast options and (most importantly!) excellent coffee. However, they ran out of 'bulk' rather than cheese slices on the fist day and didn't replace it during the rest of our stay. A small niggle only though.

I reported that the reading light next to my bed had a broken bulb on the first evening and the friendly desk clerk apologised that they would not be able to look at it until the following morning. However, despite this, nothing was done to repair it during my entire stay.

Beds are very comfortable. Room are very spacious. The breakfest was delicious. There is many choice, salt and sweet. Location is ideal to visit the center at foot.

The selection of the temperature of the water in the shower was special. The same button control the temperature and the debit of water. If you increase the debit, the temperature increase also.

Good breakfast, close to train and bus station, easy walk into the old town, close to a park, close to the zoo, many restaurants including China town at a very easy walking distance

Just minor things. I did not really mind that the power socket was on the table rather than immediately next to the bed. Hotel is a bit dated, but that is not really an issue.

Varied breakfast adapted to various tastes. The room was spacious with a beautiful terrace! Close to the main train station, but a little further from the main tourist attractions.

Rubens' house is still being renovated!! It is incredible that there is nothing in the city like the memory that the Olympic Games were held here in 1920!! Absolutely nothing!!

Excellent location, very close to the central station. Very clean rooms and good breakfast. Staff was very friendly.

There was no heating in one of the rooms. Water pressure was a little bit low in some rooms. Moreover, there was no drain in the bathroom causing water to spill into the entrance of the room. It would also be good to add slippers, robes and toothbrush and paste in the bathroom.
