Staff were lovely, room was fantastic, lovely location with a beautiful beach

The hotel is beautiful - set on a series of terraces above Kalami Bay which, from what we saw, must be one of the best to stay in - totally gorgeous with great swimming and nice and quiet. Our room (deluxe sea view) was stunning with a lovely balcony looking over the bay. Breakfast is amazing and served on a stunning terrace, the top pool is the most scenic I've ever seen and the beach is heaven (note that you have to pay €15 for a bed chair but we felt it was worth it if you're there all day - water and a coffee is included). The staff are all so friendly and efficient. a great stay.

There was nothing we didn't like. The only thing I would say is that if you're not able bodied, there is a very steep climb between the reception and the lifts which take you to all the various terraces. Depending on your room, there also might be steps to deal with so check before you book if you need to. However, the staff were very helpful and seeing that I was struggling, they often gave me a ride in a golf cart. :)

It's a very beautiful resort well ‎planned, flowers and trees are ‎everywhere, a natural blossom ‎fragrance. And the view is breath taking. The upper swimming pool is ‎great, very quiet, ‎and the best part is the ‎spectacular view from the pool balcony in all directions. ‎It's easy & recommended to reach the hotel by car, few steps from the parking lot and you reach the lobby. ‎ At the ‎reception we met Mr. Georgios a nice gentleman, very friendly and knowledgeable, helping with all ‎information ‎you will require and more. ‎Next we met Mr. Kostas, a good friend with a big welcoming heart, he takes the suitcase ‎to ‎our room, not an easy task, the resort location is on a slop of a hill and has stairs with no ‎elevators. Kostas explain all the facilities in the room ‎and gave us extra tips. ‎ Our room was fantastic and very clean, Miss Jully and Mr. Mike, the ‎‎housekeeping team, are doing a great job, after a day out, the room ‎‎is spotless. Room is spacious, full of light, and airy. Large & ‎‎comfortable bed, plenty of pillows, a big mirror table, refrigerator, ‎‎Nespresso machine, two sofas, a lot of storage space, a safe, ‎spacious ‎shower w toilet, unfortunately no bath, and the highlight is ‎the big ‎balcony overlooking one of the most ‎beautiful beaches in the ‎world. ‎ ‏ ‏‎ The delicious buffet breakfast was great and has ‎‎a good presentation of Greek and Mediterranean food, a wide ‎‎selection of bread, hot & cold dishes, cheese, ‎meat, vegetables, ‎fruits, ‎deserts, hot & cold drinks. Breakfast and the main bar are ‎managed ‎by a very professional ‎Gentlemen Mr. Lefteris, a good friend, that gives ‎attention to details and to all guests, together with a motivated ‎team they ‎bring an excellent breakfast experience. ‎ The hotel stuff are the most amazing, we had a great hotel experience.

No gym, no bath, no hotel activities, one pub at a walking distance

The hotel was beautiful in a very small quiet location but with outstanding views over the bay. our room wasn’t big but it seems to have been newly refurbished and was lovely and the bed was huge and super comfy ( we had room 513) .The balcony was big and south facing with a glorious view . The public areas were relaxed but stylish and the two pools very nice . Our favourite pastime was the beach at Callao restaurant with super comfy sun beds . It was €15 per day per couple but you get a big chilled bottle of water and 2 soft drinks or hot drinks and then the beds are yours for the day . sitting at the beach watching the comings and goings of boats in the bay was delightful . We enjoyed the hotel restaurant food and found the breakfast plentiful and with lots of choice . The staff were hard working and special note to the two lovely young ladies serving the coffees at breakfast . There was a relaxed gentle vibe , probably because there were no children allowed . oh and I loved all the beautiful agapanthus growing on the property , and the cute Kalami cats .

We didn’t dislike anything about the hotel . Some of the independent tavernas in the village ( which is tiny ) weren’t to our taste but you can’t deny the beautiful views . we loved getting the boat taxi to taverna Agni , and George’s boat taxi to Corfu town was great fun . we loved dinner at The White House and dinner at the Callao hotel restaurant .

A small hotel located in a very cozy little town with a beautiful view of the bay. The rooms are tastefully renovated, with new furniture. They are cleaned very thoroughly every day, the cleaning staff does an excellent job, which is usually not the case with Greek hotels. I would like to thank and also highlight the work of the manager Elena and her attitude towards the guests, because she solved anything we asked for in a short time. She responded quickly to my letters from the very first moment. The other members of the staff are also very nice

We had an amazing stay - 2 pools, a restaurant, a mini gym (treadmill and a few other things). Listing a few things useful to know - taking into account we came start of June so some bits could be different in other months): - Incredible breakfast - SO many options (healthy, unhealthy, cooked, veggie, Greek, salad, fruit, cake, cereal etc!) and cooked bits were modified daily for variety - Lovely friendly cats roaming around - The rooms are built into the hill so it depended on where your room was but the beach was a few minutes walk away across a very minor road (almost no traffic) and the beach was set way apart from the road. The tavernas lined the beach. - Pebble beach in a beautiful cove - just big enough to not feel too cramped but small enough to feel really special and calm water - 5 restaurants in Kalami (all within 5 min walk) : - Callao (also had very comfortable sun loungers - €25 a day and you get a bottle of water and 2 soft drinks with that. Some people reserved so got the loungers right at the front but we didn't - there were still loungers free until 11am! No loungers were far from the sea), The White House (very expensive, very nice but small portions, very beautiful setting and where the Durrell's lived), the hotel restaurant (really good food!), Thomas's Place (really nice - lots of Greek veggie options) and Kalami Beach Taverna (similar to Thomas's and very good too!) - Top swimming pool got quite busy so need to reserve spots before 10:30am - Very clean - Very friendly staff

The hotel was beautiful, both pools , the interiors. Breakfast had everything and good quality. Staff were really friendly. Beautiful. Lovely little area , very quiet but a 10 minute drive to kassiopi where it is full of bars and restaurants So you have the option of a more lively evening . But the restaurants in kalami were just what we needed for a chilled holiday. Loved it .

Only downside for us was our shower drain was clogged which made the room smell . And the air-conditioning on the second night was only blowing out air not cold air so we were soo hot. I think our room was one of the cheaper rooms so hadn't been renovated like the others in the pictures yet. Probably isn't the case for other rooms we did bring it up with the reception and they were quick to help .

From the very beginning, the welcome was warm and flawless, with a kind, attentive staff always ready to meet our needs. The property is beautifully maintained, elegant, and perfectly located just steps from the sea. A small issue that arose was handled promptly and professionally, reflecting the high standard of care provided. The rooms are exactly like in the pictures, so very modern and well equipped. The breakfast was outstanding – generous, varied, and made with fresh, quality ingredients, served in a calm and pleasant setting. A place that combines comfort, charm, and genuine hospitality with excellence. A stay we’ll always cherish. Highly recommended.

My only suggestion is to let customers have discounts at the beach for umbrella/sea beds considering the hotel doesn’t have a private beach

The view from the pool and the location. It meant that you could easily walk to other restaurants within the bay areas.

The misleading information on their own website and the information on booking.com The hotel does NOT have sun beds on the beach. They consider the beach bar a separate entity. Even though the food comes from the hotel kitchen. Plus, the sun beds are the same brand as the hotel pool. It was very disappointing to hear that there would be a charge for using the sun beds on the beach. Clearly, this is just an opportunity to get more cash from their guests.

The view from the pool is fantastic. Access to the beach is easy and there was plenty of room. Staff were very friendly and were interesting to talk to. Breakfast was great, good variety. Room was clean and beautiful. Bed was comfy, and the balcony was fantastic. The hotel was very quiet, which we found relaxing, but if you are looking for a lively atmosphere this isnt it. I felt like we had to whisper everywhere.

The hotel was clearly getting it's bearings for the start of the season and there were a few hiccups, but the staff were very friendly and kind. We used the gym both mornings and appreciated it, but it was very small. I would recommend they cover the outside area and put equipment there too We did not have a problem with this but if you cannot easily do stairs/inclined walkways, you will have trouble in this hotel.
