Staff was very friendly and helpful, room and view were fantastic, breakfasts were delicious and varied, and the edge-of-town location got us away from the crowds. Included in our stay were regional bus passes that made it fairly easy to get to area views and hiking. On our last night, we saw people eating dinner on the patio and wondered if this location serves evening meals as well. If we had known (we did not see it listed as a restaurant on Google Maps), we would have looked into having a dinner there as well, since breakfasts were so good.

Very minor, but it would be nice to have shampoo and conditioner available in the bathroom. Because most places provide that, I did not bring it on our trip. Also, the walk from town to the hotel was uphill--which was fine for us (we like to walk)--but people who are not in good physical shape might have trouble with that. I'm sure taxis are available.

Before our trip, I asked Karoline so many questions about how to get there by public transportation and Gardena Mobile Card. Karoline was so prompt and friendly, responding to all my questions. Upon our arrival, Karoline advised us on all the nice trails that we should visit. She is amazing! We needed to pick up our rental car from Bolzano Airport and got stuck at the heavy traffic, we rang Karoline and she actually called the rental car company for us! Can’t thank her enough! The property is super clean, very well maintained and our room got beautiful view of the mountains. Hotel got a steam room and sauna room facing the mountain. We used it on the last day and really felt very relaxed. Breakfast is very good with good varieties.

As it is located half way on a steep hill, it can be quite tiring walking back after a long hiking day or with luggage. The good thing is , it is close to the Dantercëpies Cable Car Station. It will be great if there is a fridge in the room especially in summer.

Very nice and cozy family-run hotel in a convenient location for hiking and exploring the beautiful nature in the area. Carolina, the owner, was the perfect host. Always there, super friendly and very helpful in finding suitable hikes and also making restaurant reservations for us. The rooms had a good size and were modern and super clean, most with a great view of the surrounding mountains. Breakfast was offered buffet style. The friendly staff would take the order for the hot dishes on offer. The buffet contained a lot of fresh and local items as well as awesome home made cakes and left nothing to be desired.

A really lovely hotel. Easy to find with plenty of parking. The staff were welcoming. Lovely big room, clean and modern, with access to a balcony with an amazing view of the mountains. There was a great selection at breakfast with a number of delicious homemade items. We enjoyed the spa facilities, well kept and clean. A great way to end a day of walking. The hotel is really well placed near two cable cars and lots of walking routes. Also a good bus route to other towns in the valley. Excellent stay, would love to come back in winter.

Absolutely EVERYTHING. The views from our balcony were stunning, the room was clean and spacious. The sauna & steam room were a terrific bonus. The breakfast were amazing - varied food choices - all fresh and delicious. The owners - the Huber family were the kindest friendliest and most helpful hotel staff I have ever come across. Having access to the busses and “Gardena Active” made our trip so easy to plan.

This hotel is a true gem! It is located just far enough from the center of town to be very quiet but close enough to be able to walk to town, lifts, etc. Also, because it sits higher in elevation than the town center, it has sunlight longer. (This trip was in September.) The views are spectacular. The room we had spacious, well-equipped, and super clean! Lovely balcony and view of the mountains. The breakfast buffet was wonderful! The breakfast room is beautiful, sun-lit, and cozy. The staff are great hosts. The restaurant across the street is also wonderful! And their patio gets the evening sun for dinner (again, September). I cannot recommend this hotel enough!

Lovely family owned small hotel with large bedrooms and bathrooms. Every room has a patio. The bathroom floors are heated and have heated towel racks and bathrobes. Great breakfast daily and a bar for very good snacks and drinks in the evening. The area is walking distance into Selva . Beautiful , quiet setting with mountain and valley views.

Great location away from the crowds, can walk easily to town or two gondolas (take them both!) Amazing 5-star breakfast (included) each morning—don’t miss it! All staff very friendly and will to help and provide activity suggestions. Small bar for drinks but no dinner restaurant (walk the trail to Selva town 10 minutes—Sal Fuer for best pizza). Free parking. Good WIFI.

Garni Bel Vert is a wonderful and cozy stay in the heart of Val Gardena. The owners were beyond kind and helpful, especially during the breakfast, where they would do their best to accommodate you and fulfill your wishes regarding the coffee, freshly made eggs, and similar. The space was also immaculately clean! We were amazed at how everything was clean and spacious. The bed was big and very cozy, and we had a beautiful balcony with a view. The place is silent and peaceful. Just a few minutes on foot, you have Dantercepies Cable car, Despar supermarkets, restaurants, pizzerias... It was a great position. We were beyond happy with our stay and would definitely return to Garni Bel Vert.

Room was amazing! Very clean like it was new! Bed was very comfortable! Just what you need after a long day. Balcony was very nice with great view. Parking is always available Breakfast was very tasty and had variety.

Not much not to like here. We took two trips around the hotel, so the way back to the hotel is uphill and might not suit everyone. But is perfectly accessible by car.
