The staff were incredibly friendly. I feel like we developed some friendships while we were there for two weeks. Their breakfast was delicious and the facilities were modern and clean. The saltwater pool was an awesome addition for my kids.

The rooms were a little small, but still comfortable. There are no elevators, but it is only a two-story building.

Room was very clean and bathrooms were remodeled with top grade amenities.

Room included breakfast ... but only one. I never had this happen before and it was not stated in the information that it only included one breakfast. True it was not you typical help yourself buffet like so many have ... they made it fresh for you ... a nice touch and it was very good.

Hotel was off a main road with many dining and shopping options. It’s old but has been fully renovated. Was glad to see a clean shower, clean pool area and comfortable beds. The pool is heated and has salt water which my family enjoyed. Staff was very friendly and rooms were quiet. They have a Starbucks in the lobby and they also offer a small breakfast menu. Parking is included within the price per night.

The only con is there is no elevator within the building but the stairs to the second floor are easy to climb. It would be nice to have a separate section for smokers as they were in front of the doors and near the pool area.

I didn't like the way breakfast was handled. I didn't know I was signing up to eat breakfast at Starbucks. I prefer the typical buffet style breakfast. Don't get me wrong. Breakfast was very well prepared and tasted great--and the staff was excellent too.

Clean, comfortable, well-located, and very reasonably priced, The Courtyard was a wonderful place to spend the holiday week.

The "every other day" cleaning schedule is vague. You may want to ask when ro expect service.

Agent at desk was very helpful to allow me to check in a little early.

Breakfast was not included with my reservation so I did not have breakfast. I was disappointed to find that it wasn't included as most of the time when I stay in hotel, it's included.

I booked the hotel to include breakfast. In the morning we were informed that only 1 breakfast was included. Very odd. Never experienced that before and I think is something they need to address. 2 guests should equal breakfasts. But apart from that an excellent hotel.

the young lady who checked me in was a rockstar ! she was so nice even though the customer before me was upset and being mean , she did not let that affect how she treated the ones behind that customer

The property was clean and well maintained. The pool area and the bistro were nice.

The property is in a very bad part of town. People were walking the streets all day everyday that we were there. Did not feel safe going out alone. Even to the parking lot.
