This hotel is very nice and cozy, the room was clean and the beds were also clean and comfortable. There was no breakfast included but there is a local soda that is right beside the hotel and there food is great, the pool was clean and very relaxing, the location of the hotel is very close to playa Carillo, Samara and almost 2 hours driving from Tamarindo.

The A/C was not strong enough in my first room but the owner was very nice and moved me to a similar room with a better A/C. The hotel is in a little town, don't expect to see a lot of tourist unless you go to Samara beach which is a 10min drive.

The apartment was spotlessly clean, with great amenities, lovely decor, and a lovely pool and outside area. The staff team, Maria and Jessica, were really lovely and helpful too and lent us cool packs for the beach and boogie boards for the kids. Although it was a bit more expensive than other places we stayed, it was probably our favourite accomodation in Costa Rica and we loved Playa Carillo as well!

Nothing! Some dishcloths in the kitchen would have been useful but that's about it.

Nice kitchenette, but only with a single hob. Otherwise, very well stocked, including things like kitchen towel, washing up liquid, sponge, and even sugar. Comfortable bed. We were offered a cool bag, but without an ice pack... still nice though. Use of clothes rack to dry clothes. Extra towels for the beach or pool. We were given a choice on which bungalow to stay in, although the name bungalow was deceptive, as it was just a studio with en-suite bathroom. Near to supermarkets, beach and restaurants. Electrical sockets and beside lamp near bed. Wardrobe and seating provided.

No hot water in the bathroom sink. Not enough body wash in bathroom. They provided more when we asked for it, but I don't expect to have to ask for it. Nothing seriously wrong at all.

The villa felt like home. All amenities were included, which was nice after traveling for over a week. The kids enjoyehaving access to a pool and beach.

We felt that the pictures online didn't do justice to the place. The place was much better in person.

Just some little things that the maintenance person should look at. Toilet seal is leaking so constantly running. AC turned off for about 10 hours overnight. Very happy with the place. Just providing some tips on making this nice place even better.

The hosts were really lovely and let us leave our luggage on the last day so we could spend the day at the beach. It's walking distance to the beach. They lend you back-pack beach chairs! Brilliant idea!...even if you do look like a tourist!! lol!! Teh attention to detail in the room was lovely... the kitchen appliances and utensils were really nice...even the mugs...good quality rather than the cheapest, so you felt it was a luxury stay! I was shown around everything when I arrived. It really was a wonderful stay and I highly recommend it.

I would have liked breakfast included, however there's a soda right next door, so it really didn't matter.

The apartments are big and spacious ideal for groups or families. The pool are is also very beautiful and pleasant The hosts are very helpful

The shower was not draining very well.

Very nice property in a good location. Little bit of a walk to the beach but it’s lovely. Nice pool right on the property. Restaurant options and a little grocery store nearby.

An excellent place to stay. The apartment is spacious for 4 and has all one needs plus a great location. We were previous guests and plan to return again.
