The staff was just amazing! I was traveling with my mother, and they upgraded us to a Vila, which was beyond spectacular! The buffet had a wide range of good options, and I totally loved every minute I spent there

The rooms were very spacious, and the overall resort allowed us to relax. All staff were very friendly and made us always feel very welcome.

We had a great time and there was nothing that we felt needed improving.

Our room was spotless spacious and infused with calm the signature Westin Heavenly Bed truly lives up to its name. Waking up to the sound of waves and a sea view sunrise was pure magic. The breakfast spread was phenomenal catering to all tastes with fresh local fruits international favourites and made to order options. We especially appreciated the attention to detail and the staff's consistent friendliness. The infinity pool overlooking the ocean was a highlight perfect for unwinding with a cocktail or watching the sunset melt into the horizon. We also enjoyed easy access to the private beach which was clean quiet and incredibly relaxing. Every interaction from the front desk to the restaurant and housekeeping teams was warm professional and personalised. It is clear that guest satisfaction is a top priority here. Whether you're after romance relaxation or a luxury family getaway The Westin Langkawi delivers on all fronts. We left feeling refreshed recharged and already planning our return.

The Westin Langkawi is beautiful with stunning views and relaxing vibes. Rooms were clean and comfortable and the pool and beach were great. However the service felt a bit slow especially when getting seated at restaurants. Vegetarian options were quite limited which was surprising given how many South Asian guests visit. Overall a lovely place but the service and dining experience could be more inclusive and polished.

The best part of this hotel is the staff attentiveness and service - just outstanding. They go out of the way to make everything comfortable for you. At the point of check in they upgraded our room to sea facing without asking, which was wonderful. The breakfast spread and quality was fantastic. On the last day, I was injured during kayaking. Soon after that all the staff were very attentive to me. They took me to doctor at night, and brought me back. The driver was waiting with me at the clinic. Next day morning, they arranged for car again at 9am and waited for me to bring me to doctor. They called our room to find out how I am doing. For the breakfast, they prepared for a table most comfortable for me as I was on wheelchair after the injury.

The beach has a lot of small shells makes it uncomfortable to walk barefooted.

I highly recommend booking a stay at this fantastic resort, where the staff is incredibly welcoming and always wearing smiles. They offer endless support, and the facilities are kept impeccably clean. The charming landscape adds to the overall appeal, and the breathtaking swimming pool with an ocean view is an absolute highlight.

I believe that the price we are paying for our stay is somewhat higher compared to the rates during the low season period.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, the facilities were top-notch, especially the main pool, which was a total highlight. Whether you’re swimming laps or simply lounging poolside, it’s a great spot to soak in the stunning sea views. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, perfect for a quiet escape, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. Overall, a really enjoyable stay with a lot going for it, just a little TLC away from being truly exceptional

That said, the place is starting to show its age a little, nothing major, but a fresh coat of paint and a few upgrades here and there wouldn’t go amiss. The food was decent, though nothing to write home about, and the coffee options could definitely be improved (a more modern espresso machine wouldn’t hurt!).

I feel like the outdoor restaurant should have served a more varied menu. When in Malaysia, you want Malaysian food, but that was only served in the indoor brightly lit canteen-like restaurant. Would have been nice to have been informed about the Weston Lounge at the Airport for Villa Customers.

Everything was perfect really recommend this resort for couples. Definitely will come back
