The staff was just amazing! I was traveling with my mother, and they upgraded us to a Vila, which was beyond spectacular! The buffet had a wide range of good options, and I totally loved every minute I spent there

Swim up bar with view of the sea and sunset. Beach kept vey clean. Fabulous, spacious Spa.

The rooms were very spacious, and the overall resort allowed us to relax. All staff were very friendly and made us always feel very welcome.

We had a great time and there was nothing that we felt needed improving.

I highly recommend booking a stay at this fantastic resort, where the staff is incredibly welcoming and always wearing smiles. They offer endless support, and the facilities are kept impeccably clean. The charming landscape adds to the overall appeal, and the breathtaking swimming pool with an ocean view is an absolute highlight.

I believe that the price we are paying for our stay is somewhat higher compared to the rates during the low season period.

The best part of this hotel is the staff attentiveness and service - just outstanding. They go out of the way to make everything comfortable for you. At the point of check in they upgraded our room to sea facing without asking, which was wonderful. The breakfast spread and quality was fantastic. On the last day, I was injured during kayaking. Soon after that all the staff were very attentive to me. They took me to doctor at night, and brought me back. The driver was waiting with me at the clinic. Next day morning, they arranged for car again at 9am and waited for me to bring me to doctor. They called our room to find out how I am doing. For the breakfast, they prepared for a table most comfortable for me as I was on wheelchair after the injury.

The beach has a lot of small shells makes it uncomfortable to walk barefooted.

The unmatched and beautiful views! The AC and fan worked very well and some of the staff were very friendly!

The rooms are badly in need of a renovation, we stayed in the standard rooms that we had booked for the first night and then paid to upgrade into a two bedroom suite. The standard rooms were NOT 5 star standards, with the toilette seat not screwed on properly, the wall pain chipped and the doors broken. the bathroom door would also not close properly and we had to slam it for some privacy. The second room we stayed in was much much nicer but also in need of some upgrades. We had a bad check in experience where they told us our rooms were not ready when we tried to check in at 3 and when we tried to check in at 5 the rooms were also still not ready. The front lady was a bit rude informing us of that but they soon fixed the issue and we could finally go to our rooms after our flight.

Everything was perfect really recommend this resort for couples. Definitely will come back

Feel so good to come back to Westin. The same genuine sincere staffs, always thoughtful and accommodating. The same amazing breakfast buffet spread, they brought back the champagne (weekends only)!

Perhaps it was a busy time, room service meals (other rooms) were not cleared away promptly. That could have attracted unwanted guests. Twice I saw cockroach in my room. The metal casing that holds a twin shower head keeps knocking onto the glass shower door, matter of time before the repeated impact will cause the glass to weaken and shatter. Do look into it.

Beachfront villas with pools are fabulous. Evenings in the bar are lovely as the view is fantastic and there is often live music. Good place to have dinner. Staff are friendly and helpful. Beds are super comfy.

Needs abit of an upgrade in parts. The main restaurant isn't big enough for breakfasts and so it's chaotic. At night time it's bright lights and alot of white - feels like a cafeteria. The building design didn't take into account disabled needs. The air conditioning leaked in some parts of our villa.
