Absolutely gorgeous property! Luxurious and comfortable with attentive, friendly staff.

The food is delicious, and great menus, but very expensive. Activities such as kayaking and paddle boarding in the little private beach are also charged extra which is disappointing.

This is one of the best hotels that I ever been to! The property is gorgeous. The private beach is also amazing with breathtaking views! The breakfast buffet is one of the best! There is a wide selection and everything tasted amazing. The property and room was very clean. My room was just amazing. It was spacious and had an amazing view of the beach. All the restaurants at the St Regis are veryyyy good! The staff is so genuine and helpful. I love the tour that they give you when you check in. I highly recommend staying here! Don’t even think twice, you will love your stay!

The beach A little muddy

Excellent service and hospitality. When we came we were greeted by a very attentive staff (Joey) he kept my girls occupied with ice creams, coloring books while waiting for our room to be ready. Most of the staffs are very helpful and friendly. Whole place was breathtaking. Room was spacious complete with all amenities. Food was excellent too! Breakfast spread was great with smooth and fast service.

The private pool in our room needs a little upkeep. some of the outdoor wood flooring was already loose and are very dangerous for kids. The curtain around the pool also needs fixing. Beach was quite sad. It was not swimmable. Water was murky. Sand was nice only until a certain part.

awesome room and pool, extremely helpful staff, and nice and clean private beach. location is 5 min drive to the local town so you can use the Grab app to get around too. so it was very convenient!

nothing! the only hitch was I wish there were more vegetarian options for private dining. but wasn't a big problem, I ordered from the grab app!

I loved everything, the breakfast was great. The hospitality was amazing and everyone was extremely helpful and welcoming. The staff had a great care to detail and they ensured we had a perfect stay.

The beach is beautiful but the water was not great to swim in. The pool was over 34C so it was a little uncomfortable to swim in at times.

There was a lot construction work in the sea on the hotel beach with at once 2 ships (which made a lot of noise as they were moving lots of rubble around) and diggers which was an eye sore and an ear sore. It would have been good if Booking would have told us this before we booked.

Amazing private beach, breakfast buffet, and attentiveness of staff. We got upgraded later on due to an AC problem in our initial room. Service was excellent. Loved the complimentary coffee that we can order to our room. Even though there was a wedding that weekend, the resort still felt peaceful, quiet, and not crowded. Nice walk to the neighbouring westin.

Didn’t love the afternoon tea, some items were missing from the set menu but still paid full price. Desserts were almost all mousse cakes and the savoury items were disappointing. Staff never checked on us to refill drinks either. We stayed in a rather dusty room at first (carpet and sofa needed cleaning).

The service here has been impeccable! Extremely prompt and anything you need they can sort out from pressing to ordering coffee first thing in the morning. The grounds are so nice and if you're lucky like us it was extremely quiet and felt like we had the entire beach and pool to ourselves. If you're lucky you'll see some monkeys lurking around. A big shoutout to the butler and housekeeping team especially Amalinna and Shabir! It was the best way to finish our two week Asia trip
