The queen size room is cozy and has good lighting. Indirect lighting and the direct lights are perfectly balanced. The bed is super comfortable, They offered full body massage room service. I believe this was not on their website (probably a new service). This hotel has so many guests staying on a weekend, this can mean it is a great hotel. But it could also imply there can be overcrowding in the pool area, plan your trip if swimming is one of the purpose of your stay. All in all we had a great staycation.

I didn't like that you could hear inside the unit, every door slam, people walking and talking at the corridor. Noise directly passes through the door. It has bad acoustics, but it can be mitigated using door seal (just a suggestion). If you are a light sleeper, better bring earplugs if you don't want to wake-up multiple times hearing every door closing. Upon arrival, I initially had hard time verifying if I am at the hotel and to where is the entrance, Signage could be improved.

I always try & stay here whenever I travel back to Manila. The location is good, especially the distance to Laguna. The staff & rooms are clean & I feel safe staying on my own if my husband is not with me. We enjoyed the pool & we had pleasant sleep on the nice bed & comfy pillows.

Unfortunately the room (1505) we stayed in had a very loose kitchen faucet but it was fine to use. Just made sure to be gentle when opening it. The WiFi was weak at certain times & the T.V. kept stopping/freezing. The towels were replaced everyday, but they were beginning to look worn out & frayed. However I still enjoyed our stay as we were going out all the time.

staff were all friendly, room is okay size , good enough if you are in and out of the hotel the pool was nice however did not get to use it because of lack of time.

Elevator is too slow and too small. I get it the hotel is small but the elevator is always full harder for people who is all the the way up or in the middle. The bed is kind of hard and not enough pillows The food in Romulo is just okay. The quality of food for the price is a bit too steep. It's not like you can say oh wow this is good it was just alright. it can be better as far as taste and variety for a buffet.

I love everything about it, from the location to the room, facilities, and staff. It is close to Molito, ATC, a convenience store, and restaurants. Been staying here several times and I highly recommend this place. The staff are really nice as well.

Parking is a bit tricky. It is a first-come come first-served basis, and once you leave the hotel with your car and return a bit late, you most likely will lose your free spot in their parking. Good thing there is a steel parking space right beside it, but it's not free. I've tried it for overnight parking and it is safe.

The stairs upfront it's hard to carry the luggage.

The hotel is located in a modern area, although a bit far from the city center (which we appreciated). The check-in process was smooth and easy, the staff is friendly and helpful. The infinity pool is just amazing with a breathtaking view over the city. The hotel is also within walking distance from Alabang Center, a mall where you can find basically anything you need. I absolutely loved how the whole place was squeaky clean and smelled absolutely fantastic.

Always a good stay here but I resent making the deposit payment at check in.

Word of warning... Azumi enforce a 2000 peso deposit upon check in (but not always - it's inconsistent!). If this happens to you I recommend that you pay the amount by cash, then you get your cash back when checking out after they've made sure that you haven't trashed the room. Beware of paying the 2000 by card - it takes up to two weeks to get your money back. I'm still waiting...

I appreciate the team's swift response for my emergency booking. They were upfront and have provided me answers with my query. Azumi's location in the south is very convenient.

Have to book/ make arrangement for airport transfers at least 48 hours before the flight but understandable as this must be part of their operations. The team assigned in the reception offers to book a ride for clients so that's still a win.

Accomodating and friendly staff no critism whether you look rich and sosyal or not treatment is fair!!!

1.The restroom has it's open glass door being seen in the whole room unless you put down the shading curtain outside hehe 2. The shower in the pool area doesn't have Hot water just to lessen the coldness feeling of the pool water. But I think theres a reason why they didnt install Hot showers in there. Overall We had a great stay!

If you remember customer service in the United States from the 80s and 90s it's that good. Also they have amazing cake. They have the customer service you would expect from a five-star hotel even though it's not technically a five-star hotel. Well worth the stay, I have nothing negative to say.

I wish l they had a workout room with a really good weight assortment both machines and free weights they didn't have an exercise room at all. There is a gold's gym close by.
