I liked that the staff were nice and friendly, and the room was clean.

Maybe just the fact that the breakfast buffet rate was quite expensive even from a foreigner perspective. I stayed for 9 nights, and I requested for a better rate, however, it was declined. Most hotels would have breakfast included in the stay. I ended up having breakfast at The Podium everyday, which is on the pricey range, but even that was cheaper to what was being offered at the breakfast rate. This is my only comment about my stay. But otherwise, I would definitely stay here again. Recommended.

The overall service of the staff was fantastic. We arrived early for our 3PM check in and left our luggage with the front desk. They texted us promptly when the rooms were available. The Housekeeping staff was friendly and made up the room at my request. The security staff was friendly and greeted us with every passing. The morning breakfast buffet at Restaurant 5 was amazing. We loved the selection of dishes, juices and coffee. The staff was so friendly. We ended up visiting every day during our visit. When I arrived, there was a personalized welcome banner and welcome cheesecake in my suite. I appreciate the extra effort. The location is phenomenal as it's directly across from Podium Mall and short walk away from Mega Mall.

I can't think of a single issue. The property is a little on the older side. But everything in our suites worked perfectly and the cleanliness was amazing.

The room was spacious. The bed and pillows were comfy. The bathroom was also very nice! Location was perfect too - right in front of Podium, walking distance to Megamall. The staff were all lovely and friendly!

The parking was a bit annoying because you can only park in B4 and B5, and the parking was tight. Although they offer valet services, I still prefer to not avail it as I was coming in and out of the hotel. It felt more troublesome to ask the valet. Room was nice and what you'd expect from Discovery, but the lobby and common areas are a bit dated. I think it can use some face lift.

Have had the breakfast on a previous stay and rate it as very good. For me - it is all about the staff at this hotel. It is my second stay and I am going back shortly - they help make things easier (storing luggage, making sure I know where I am headed, arranging taxis & tours, etc.) The fridge and microwave in each room I have seen makes longer stays a bit easier, have seen one with a full kitchen: no food smells!!!!

The facilities can seem a wee bit dated though the rooms are quite spacious, and the four I have seen all have lovely, large bathrooms. Not right in the center of urban and cultural activities, however I enjoy this uncomplicated environment with good dining and shopping options nearby.

Beautiful spacious suite with three bedrooms, well equipped kitchen and bathrooms. Large lounge with television and dining area was perfect for the group. Breakfast, although limited choice, was very good quality. We ate in the Grill on the first night and the steaks were excellent. Altogether a very nice stay and its just across the road from the excellent Podium Mall.

The only thing I didn't like was that the Master bedroom looked out at a blank wall of the building next door (6ft away) but this wouldn't stop me coming back. The room itself was very good.

Room was clean and spacious. Wi-fi was fast. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. The location is very convenient. When we usually visit Metro Manila, we always stay in Ortigas area but haven't considered this hotel before. From now on, this hotel will be in my list. It's across Podium and a short distance to Megamall. They also offer free baggage storage if you have back to back bookings with them which I didn't know was available as I booked other hotels with this trip.

The atrium balcony is the best architectural feature of the hotel. The earth-toned interior accentuated by amber light and green plants is very beautiful. The swimming pool area is grand vintage like an Esther Williams movie set. The room is quiet, clean, well-appointed. It has a mini kitchen, shower stall and bath, comfortable beds, wifi and cable TV. The staff of the hotel are professional and polite, very accommodating of our questions and requests. The experience is pleasant from inquiry to check-in, while enjoying the amenities, up to check-out. We hope to visit again.

The dreaded basement 4 & 5 parking requires skill. The jacuzzi temperature might be improved with the heat turned up.

Staff were nice and welcoming as you would come and go. A handful were super friendly, making you feel as if you were simply at home.

Rooms were smaller and not as advertised on booking.com. When we needed help with my wife's wallet being stolen, the hotel was not accommodating at all, so it made it very difficult for us to make a claim with our insurance. For the price you pay to stay with breakfast included, it is not worth it 😕 as the food was not the best and often cold and the restaurant food was overpriced and tasted as if the chef just heated it up in the microwave. In the swimming area, the spa was not working, and the water was cold. They advertised having a health and wellness center, which they didn't. In fact, it was a 10min walk away from the hotel. Will not be returning to this hotel.

Exceptional customer service provided by Ms. Mikee (front desk officer), Mr.JonRey (bell associate), Ms.Kristal and Ms.Zynd. Their customer-centered approach has truly made a difference during our stay. They go above and beyond to ensure that we are comfortable and made an effort to prepare a birthday banner, letter, balloons and a complimentary sliced cake for the birthday celebrator. I highly commend the said staff for their kindness and dedication in providing excellent care.

Minor details in room amenities e.g. floor stains in the living room area, inavailability of rice cooker.

The location was excellent, and the beds were very comfy and nice. The bath was also a nice way to relax after a long day of walking around, and the staff were very helpful and accomodating.

Some of the room’s amenities were a little bit outdated for the price I paid. The speaker was not compatible with any of our devices, the televisions were all old models (we thought they had smart TVs at least), and the bath’s faucet didn’t quite line up with the tub, so water got everywhere and we had to use the shower hose to fill up the tub. It’s not quite perfect, but since we’re out all day anyway, we didn’t mind it so much.
