They gave me a room with a view of the sea as requested by me. Location was very easy to find for any stranger to Manila. Breakfast was simply amazing.The range of food the the taste was simply superb.The staff was so friendly and warm and went out of their way to help us. Special mention for Mr Dale ( concierge ) . He did a lot of running for us to get us start and load our sim card . Mr Peter( concierge) and the check in ladies CATHY and NYAH also need special mention for their friendliness , warmth and their hospitality

I've stayed at this hotel in the past & without any doubt at all, the main reason I choose to come back is the staff. From the moment I arrived, Sheena swiftly & efficiently checked me in & helped me on numerous occasions throughout my stay, right the way through to check-out. The lovely Yza & her team looking after me at breakfast. My thanks to chef Cezar & of course my heartfelt thanks to my friend Joe & his colleagues John, Topher, Rich & Eric in the Chameleon Lounge. Everyone I encounter at this hotel makes me feel very welcome & a valued guest. The hotel is located in a bustling area of the city, which I consider safe & not far from the Pedro Gil LRT station & Robinsons Place shopping mall.

Well the hotel charged us a lot. But it was a disappointment. The hotel corridor was stinking. They put some room fresheners (diffusers), but it was not working. The room was a total turn off. You can see in the photo that it was a wierd arrangement. The TV was facing away from the bed. The couch, table were stained. Why the hell did I pay for a five star hotel? Will never stay there again.

The staff are all service oriented! From the buffet breakfast attendants to the bell boys! While checking in I asked the history of the hotel because I remembered many many moons ago I played in a luxurious hotel somewhere in the area which was close to Robinson, Lo and behold, it was the Hyatt, now New Coast Hotel! I would definitely stay here again! Everybody makes you feel welcome!!!

I could not ask for more for the price we paid for our stay. It was well worth it! Although I learned that had I booked with the hotel directly, I could have gotten a better deal with the price. I am sorry I can’t remember names anymore, I tried so I could name them here. I remember Levie, Kev. Andres snd Sofia I took a pic so I could get their names! The Desk clerks are super helpful! Thank you all, the management, everyone!!!🍾🎈🎉

Nothing had really changed since my visit, last November & it was great to see some of the staff again, especially in the Chameleon bar. Check-in & Check-out was very simple & straightforward & the pool seemed to benefit from more sun at this time of year compared to my last visit. Towards the end of my stay, I noticed that water from the shower was seeping into the bedroom & the carpet was becoming wet. I informed reception & an engineer examined the situation shortly afterwards. I was kindly offered an upgrade, but because I only had one night left I decided to decline the generous offer. Thank you to Audrey, on the Front Desk, for all your help in this matter & to Joe & John in the Cameleon bar for all the unrivalled attention.

Considering that I was a returning guest, I was surprised to be offered a room on the 8th floor, although convenient for the Fitness Centre & Pool, there was no view from the window except for a dull patio area, which I couldn't access as there was no key. On this visit, I decided to sample the buffet breakfast which had an amazing variety of fayre on offer, but the plates were too small to accomodate a full English & why is it that wherever I travel I can't seem to get a fried egg cooked properly? Always too runny egg white on top & just needs the hot fat splashed over it, as opposed to flipping the egg over & it becomes overcooked.

Great hotel, staff were all super friendly and helpful. Great location just a short walk to Robinson Mall. At check in we were surprised when they upgraded our room to a suite which turned out to be fantastic. Thanks guys. Breakfast was great with a wide range of different options.

Ah the New Coast is a great hotel. If they are looking for suggestions to make a stay even better, perhaps they might consider a wider range of different food options at there cafe and restaurant for evening meals.

my husband forgot to lock the safe and my Burberry mini set perfume went missing. I did not make a big fuzz about it because it won’t look good on the housekeeping staff; disappointed though.

Perfect fit for a solo traveler as the security is very good and the service is excellent. Beautiful location and a good view of Manila Bay from my room. Friendly, professional and helpful staff. Amazing breakfast, plenty to choose from and there's something for everyone. Great pool and a wonderful way for a solo traveler to end the day.

Great value for money

Rooms are very hot when you arrive and the aircon turns off when you leave if you take the room key with you, so we put a card in there to keep it cool at all times. It would be good if they cooled it down before we arrived as it took ages for it to cool down.

It was quite late in the evening when I arrived & so nice to receive a warm & friendly welcome from Ciara, one of the front desk staff, who promptly & kindly dealt with the check-in in a very pleasant & professional manner. The room was perfect, with partial views of Manila Bay & the hotel is situated a short walk away from Robinsons Shopping Mall. I spent most evenings relaxing in the Chameleon Lounge Bar, being served by Joe, a very friendly & professional bartender looking after me very well. Every member of staff that I encountered were very courteous & the room was always maintained to a high level.

Leaving! I really wish that I could've stayed longer. The pool area is very nice, but lacks the sun at various times of the day due to neighbouring high rise properties. The lifts to all the floor levels were a bit slow & consequently used to get busy.
