The location is beside the mall; however we went there during Holy Week (Thurs - Fri) and the mall was closed. We should have checked before booking that date.

We had to wait almost an hour for our dinner to be served. Maybe because it was Holy Week and they didnt anticipate that there would be resto customers. We noticed that the resto was staffed by interns who were polite and eager to serve but needed some guidance.

Staff went the extra mile with the customer. I had an injury from Tokyo, could only walk slowly. One staff lady organised for me a flat rate taxi for 4 hours sight seeing to a very good rate. I could do all what I wanted to do. I had two really good days in Manila. The airport made a huge transformation from the worst airport in Asia you could read online, now in 2023 to an airport with a really good architecture, so many friendly staff members only waiting to help you, much more than in Narita or Heathrow. I can now only recommend to use Manila Airport and the Hotel Lucky Chinatown. The atmosphere in the hotel is very good, the architecture great.

The coffee could be improved, I am a coffee drinker, but the breakfast is very good.

Stayed in this hotel a few times already - room rates very reasonably priced but with no free breakfast, great location I usually book the superior room when traveling alone or for a max of 3D/2N when traveling with family (of three). Beyond 2N, I prefer booking the junior suite room for added comfort and bigger space to move around during the extended stay.

I like it near the shopping area, easy to come and go if you are already tired . Lots of dine in to select with affordable price same thing with other things like clothing etc. I like there, convenient to shop from expensive brand to cheaper whatever you prepared.

Tràffic in the area which is understandable because it is shopping zone.

Actually surprised when I arrived… very nice hotel. Room was spacious, bed comfortable, shower ok… Staff very friendly and helpful … close to some attractions and food carts and court

The set up with restaurant and reception a bit unusual… but I guess was hardly utilising… catching lift to reception area. Hard to get to as the traffic can be crazy during peek hours…

Great space, beautiful lobbies - there was even an art exhibit when we went. Located next to a mall with some good options for lunch and pasalubong. Rooms are comfortable, staff were good. The shower works well, including the temperature options. Our room had a tub, which was a treat. :)

Downside - places aren't clearly marked, like the elevator on the 4th floor leading to upper floors. Also the smell of the food cooking downstairs sometimes reaches the lobby of the 5th floor (not always a pleasant smell). Also the breakfast food options were really bad - just skip breakfast at this place.

The location is awesome, staff are friendly and the rooms are comfortable. We had a problem with our room and the staff quickly transferred us.

The breakfast buffet could probably use some improvements. Maybe some tea or choco drink, I'm not a coffee drinker and there no other option. Food are also limited.

Near commercial establishments. Clean and quiet. In spite being around busy area. Helpful staff. There was a fire alarm during our stay, guests were handled accordingly.

Toiletries lacking. No carpet in the rest room may get slippery. Lacking towels. Only 2 body towels no face towel. I have to ask for shampoo bec the dispenser was empty.

My partner and I had a fantastic experience. The entire stay was great, from start to finish. The hotel was incredibly clean and spacious, which was a major factor in my decision to stay here. The cozy ambiance of the hotel was also a highlight for me. The decor and lightning made the atmosphere feel warm and welcoming, which was perfect for my stay. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Finally, the pricing was very fair. I felt like I got a great deal for the quality of the hotel, and it was well worth the price. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, cozy, and affordable place to stay.

Location is great. Room is clean and well stock. Service as awesome, Front desk staff very accommodating especially Pretty. Made the process smooth. As a repeat customer, always looking forward on return.

Breakfast was disappointing. Too sweet.
