The view in the room was stunning and looked out right over the bay area. This is exactly what you pay for - to watch the sunset each night. The breakfast buffet was fantastic and the added bonus of being able to order off of the menu for certain "fresh" dishes (like eggs benedict) was a welcome surprise. I loved the fact that there were fresh water dispensers on each floor. Had a massage and it was great as well! I would definitely stay here again!

Parking situation wasn't great, but I managed OK in the end. Charging hotel guests for the use of the beach "club" chairs seems a bit ridiculous to me since it is a part of the hotel. This was the only major "turn off" for the hotel for me.

The location was stunning, and the staff were very efficient, and friendly.

The sunbeds were a little expensive, but I was told that this is due to local taxation.

This hotel is pure luxury, you are made to feel welcomed right from checking in until your last moment! The hotel and rooms are spotless and the staff could not do more for you. The rooms have everything you require for a stay, are cleaned daily and are lovely and quiet. The breakfast is divine, there’s so many choices along with a menu you can order from. The staff are attentive and the food is refreshed regularly. The views from the hotel restaurant are breathtaking, like a postcard, every morning I just couldn’t believe it! The area is a cute little fishing town with plenty of restaurants and amenities along with a regular bus should you wish to adventure further. We felt so safe. Would recommend these restaurants: Cala Conills, Es Moli and Sa Calma. We got take away pizzas one night from trattoria and sat on the beach which was lush! There’s many comments about paying for a sunbed at the hotel, yes that’s true, if you’re on a budget either side of the hotel are gorgeous beaches literally a stones throw where you can get cheaper beds or lay on the sand - it’s really not a big deal!

Modern, newly refurbished and right next to the beach with lovely views across the bay. The breakfast was very, very good.

Still finishing off work to the hotel, flooring in corridors wasn’t good. Didn’t like the evening menu, we would have liked to dine in the restaurant but went out instead. The cost of the sun beds was way too high.

Buffet breakfast was yummy. View was great. The beach was pretty good, and much quieter than other beaches on the island. We liked the room's aesthetic and the big shower. Free yoga was epic. The sun loungers were nice with cocktails.

It was very loud. Lots of noise coming from the hallway and the room next door. The sound proofing can be improved. Parking isn't great - not necessarily the hotel's fault. Although the hotel group owns a lot of land in the area so they could build a car park!!! The tv was also in a bad location - wife hit her head on it every day!!!! 🤣

From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was on another level. Check-in was a breeze, with a welcome drink of our choice while we relaxed outside, soaking in the breathtaking beach view. Our room, the Superior Room, was nothing short of incredible—modern, fresh, and with an ocean view that completely blew us away. Sitting in the evening, watching the waves roll in, or catching the sunrise was simply magical—these moments quickly became the highlight of our stay. If you have the option, I highly recommend booking one of these rooms; the experience is worth it! The hotel itself is stylishly decorated, with every corner reflecting a blend of comfort and elegance. Breakfast each morning was fantastic, with a wide variety of options, including plenty for vegans and vegetarians. Seeing scrambled tofu at the buffet was a delightful surprise, and it’s clear the hotel puts a lot of thought into catering to all guests. We especially loved the little touches, like being able to log into our Netflix account on the room TV—perfect for winding down after a day at the beach. The gym was compact but equipped with everything you need for a good workout. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the service. Everyone was friendly and attentive, but Borja deserves a special mention. His level of care and commitment to his guests is something you rarely come across. He genuinely made us feel like VIPs, always checking in to make sure everything was perfect. It’s clear that Borja loves what he does, and it shows in every interaction. A special thank you also to Jenny, who was always warm and welcoming. The entire team went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We can't wait to return!

A hotel where you get the value for money. big light rooms, though we didn't had a view over the sea. Bed was VERY comfortable. Fantastic breakfast, nothing was missing. You could get additionals to your breakfast, like egg benedict, or omelets, pancakes... freshly made specially for you. Very good dinners as well.

For us the music in the afternoons where a bit too loud to enjoy sitting there an getting dinner or just a cocktail. If you come by car, parking is a bit difficult.

Everything at universal hotel Aquamarin was perfect, the location is beautiful with a couple of different beaches nearby to choose between. Staff at the hotel could not do enough for you, always polite and helpful. Hotel is very clean, staff cleaning common areas and facilities multiple times throughout the day, rooms always sparkling when you get back. Food was amazing for breakfast and lunch/dinner, plenty to choose from. Genuinely could not recommend this resort enough and we will definitely be back!!

The only thing and it’s pretty minor we had 2 twin beds rather than 1 king size bed, the beds were super comfy though but just a preference we would have preferred a king size bed

Location was perfect with a decent sized beach, sun beds just for the hotel (whilst not on the beach but sit in-between both beaches) and good choice of restaurants to decide from. We stayed for breakfast only but the options were incredibly plentiful (even for a buffet) and all of the food was great. View out to the sea and beach is amazing and great to watch the different boats coming in and out, but not so many that they ruin the scenery. Hotel facilities were very modern and the pool is a decent size but more like a spa pool rather than one you can properly swim in.

Some staff seemed uninterested in providing help when required which was a shame as it sometimes felt as though you weren't welcomed at the hotel. Not all staff were like this as some were very helpful with any questions we had.

A dream hotel located in an outstanding part of Mallorca. Fantastic staff, management and facilities. The most breath taking views. Be it quiet morning breakfasts or theatrical sunset at dinner. We had a half board plan and stayed for 2 weeks - there was not a moment that we got tired of it. The food was great and we had the most child friendly staff! There are two beaches next to the hotel and a swimming pool inside, a more than well equipped gym and the rooms are ideal. Thank you to all over there. See you soon again!
