I have not stayed @ the Flora since their refurbishment. This has been undertaken very well and makes a modern, comfortable hotel. All advanced arrangements were made well including instructions on whatsap No to call for comlimentarty pick up (ca 4 minutes ride) and where to stand for pick up. On arrival (earlier than expected) I was greeted in a very friendly manner and a room found for me. Room was very comfortable and other facilities just what you need for a working visit. Excellent staff, clean and comfortable and great value for money

just for information, the hotel has no liquor lisence. This is not a huge issue as other locations that do are walkable from the hotel

I recently stayed at Flora Airport Hotel and Convention Centre in Kochi and had a fantastic experience. The accommodations were superb, offering both comfort and luxury. However, the highlight of my stay was the exceptional guest relations service provided by Anjana. Anjana’s attentiveness and willingness to assist with every request made my stay incredibly smooth and enjoyable. Her personalized approach and genuine care were truly impressive and added a special touch to my visit. I highly recommend Flora Airport Hotel and Convention Centre, especially for the outstanding service from Anjana.

Staff was kind, 24 hour check-in. Airport pick up was possible even at 1:30 am. It is only a 3 minute ride. Airplanes do not bother during the night, rooms are soundproof. Rooms are good size, the bed is perfect real King size for 2, with a nice and medium firm mattress on a spring box so you don't wake each other up when you move. 2 big water bottles in the room, and free bottles are always available. Buffet Breakfast is small with few Western options, but still reasonable and you can order plenty a la carte. Espresso coffee (charged separately) was good as well. They have a roof pool I did not use.

Not much really, but if at all the bathroom has a squeaky door that is a bit loud at night. Anyway, I am sure that not all rooms have this (and I mentioned it at the reception and they were gonna fix it). The restaurant goes through a short covered outside lawn which was slippery due to rain water.

The staff is very hospitable and responds to queries in a reasonable time. I requested the pickup and the driver arrived within a few minutes of calling as the hotel is located very near to the airport. I was treated with welcome drinks on arrival. The stay for one night was comfortable and perfect to recover from the international journey and delays that are expected these days. The location is great and there are many eateries at walking distance from the hotel. The staff is polite and very welcoming. As I was leaving, Anjana at the front desk made sure that I had a great stay and Shibu said goodbye with a smile!

Flora hotel was very close to the airport which was perfect as we only needed an overnight stay. It has a huge outdoor swimming pool and an area you can lounge. The staff were very attentive and we had a large comfortable room with an outside terrace. The restaurant was excellent and a tea shop outside served Masala Chai. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. We had air conditioning but didn’t use it. We were collected from the airport and transferred back the following day all inclusive, which was a nice bonus.

The terrace didn’t have any shade and it was too hot to sit outside.

We chose this hotel for its proximity to the airport as we had an early morning flight the next day. The hotel was pristine, everything worked. The room was very comfortable and quiet. The staff were professional but very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The restaurant is buffet or a la carte with a good range of food at very reasonable prices A bonus for us was an accurate wake up call at silly o'clock and a free transfer to airport departures in the hotel's car.

This is Kerala so there was no bar nor alcohol with a meal.

Free airport shuttle with happy taxi driver. Close to the airport, but it was quiet in the room. Comfortable rooms with hot shower and amenities. Veg. Restaurant (saravana bhavan) close by with good food.

The swimming pool is quite a distance walking. The seating to relax around the pool has seen it’s best days. If you just want to go for a swim it’s ok. But not a place to relax and hang out.

Very comfortable for our airport overnight stay. We enjoyed the pool, the room service was prompt and, the restaurant was nice including the buffet breakfast. Highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind either prior or after a flight, the free shuttle made it very easy as well.

Coffee (cappuccino) could be improved but otherwise wonderful. They should consider having a bar.as well, a glass of wine to unwind would have completed the relaxation.

The spa needed quite a bit of updating. When I arrived for my massage she took me into a very well lit room with no music, no scents, and stayed in the room with me whilst I got changed. The massage itself was okay, but not amazing, just needs a little bit of thought put into it. It felt a little awkward at times. But this didn't detract from my experience at the hotel.

Room is very good. Enjoyed staying there.

Some minor issues: 1) Could not operate the TV as it reported an error in cable. Did not call room service to rectify. 2) Bedside master controls at one side of bed and phone on the other side. Both should be on the same bedside. 3) Master control should have some backlight when on standby - full lights off so as to locate the light controls
