Centrally located to where I was going. Very clean. And comfortable also enjoyed the breakfast and hot chocolate.

There was nothing to “not like “ I even tried the gym, then decided to follow my usual routine and go outside and run every morning

Hotel was very nice! Clean and very roomy! Staff was very pleasant. Breakfast was amazing…….. 😉. Once getting off interstate, there probably should be a sign because it was about a mile down the road and you’re unsure you’re still going the right direction.

It’s pet friendly and there was a large dog next door to us…….. elevator smelled of dog pretty bad.

I was told there would be some sort if refundable $8 fee which was fine. Before the young lady left she told me I could use the $8 fee to charge snacks instead of getting the refund. Later that evening I went down to pick up snacks and the young man on duty told me the charge for the snacks was $8. I told him just to apply the $ 8 refundable fee . He gave me a nasty look, but didn't say anything . A couple of days later I saw that my card had been billed for an additional $8 for snacks. Kind if upset me but not enough to keep me from trying the hotel again

The room was very clean. Breakfast was missing eggs, but it was still wonderful! The bed was very comfortable and the staff were all sweet and helpful. It was easy to check in and out. I think I'll come back on my way home and stay here again!

Only missing eggs... that's all I have to say negative. And I'm not sure that the egg issue was something that they had any control over. :)

Very peaceful relaxing quiet experience.

Room looks a slightly dated the condors aswell (meaning it was renovated a while now) the bathroom looked more modern. But it was overall a great experience.

More than expected… Everyone else has to live up to your facilitation Now!! Great staff.. Great breakfast Just Wonderful all around!!

Unfortunately this is more of a booking.com issue. We booked the king room to arrive to the hotel and find that a double queen was the room available. But it was a booking a few hours prior to arrival so not a big deal for us.

Everything! The staff was extra nice and was very understanding with our service dog. We will definitely be back.

If we had known the walls were paper thin we would have probably selected another hotel. We could easily hear other guests near buy who weren't speaking loudly but we could still hear them.
