To be honest, based on some older reviews, we almost didn’t book, but are so glad we did – 30-A Inn and Suites was more than we could have ever hoped for! We did a last minute booking and did not realize we were in for such a treat – it felt more like a well-stocked condo than a hotel room. King Room Deluxe: The space was large enough for two and nicely decorated, and the bed was soft and comfortable. There was a portable closet, a coat rack, table and chairs, a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker (as well as a large container of Folgers and a various assortment of tea bags). The host also provided dishes with utensils, cups and mugs along with dishwashing detergent and a sponge. Although we didn’t use all of them, there were enough towels and washcloths provided for our three night stay. The host provided toothbrushes and paste, body wash, shampoo and conditioner (the good stuff), and plenty of toilet paper, a large roll of paper towel and garbage bags. There was even three cutting boards! Literally, almost everything you can think of was provided. The linens were soft (not at all scratchy and I am picky), and they use duvets with covers that come off and are washed with every rental. There was a bit of an issue with the linens that we discovered late the first night (just FYI, they don’t use top sheets, which was super strange to me initially), but we contacted the emergency number, and the host was immediately responsive and went above and beyond to resolve the issue for us. The Roku TV/internet was a little spotty but not a nuisance. The Grounds/Area: We took a dip in the pool, which was large and clean (we noticed later that there is a second pool), and the grounds were beautiful. There was plenty of parking, and we were able to park and walk right up the steps to our room. The area was far enough off of Hwy 98 to be quiet, but convenient to many public beaches and restaurants.

Liked it was very convenient to where we needed to go. Shower was great water pressure. Clean room.

I requested extra pillows and a top sheet prior to checking in. When checked in no extra pillows or top sheet, I had to reach out again for them. I will say a staff member brought them fairly quickly. Only 1 coffee pod for 2 people. Staff should have restocked before my check in. When we were exiting our room around 4:45 pm a staff member on 3rd floor dumped a bucket of what smelled like bleach water over the railing almost hitting us - and did dump it on another staff member that was on the ground floor sitting taking a break. That staff member got soaked. I don’t think staff should be dumping or tossing anything over railings. Trash was overflowing and spilling out on the floor by the elevators.

The room was furnished very stylishly and with high quality. There is a kitchen, including a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, and tablets were provided for all of them. There was sugar, tea, coffee, and even olive oil provided. Location is great for all the attractions and beaches on 30a. There is a decent smoke house restaurant across the street. Everything was perfectly clean and as new. The pool was a lovely temperature and clean also.

Checking in was a little more complicated than necessary as you have to complete a pre-check in form before you arrive, which we did not know in advance. There is no reception desk, and all communication is by text only.. Just make sure you have filled in the pre-check form before you get there. The pool was closed for a private event for a day and a half, which was a little frustrating. The internet stopped working which the hotel kindly offered some compensation for, but data reception on cellphones was fine. Some more tall vegetation around the pool area and a couple more sunbeds would make this area nicer. There is no door between the living area and the bedroom on the king suites, but the bedroom is round a corner

We loved the room...very big with tall ceilings. It was very clean and easy to access. Bed was very comfortable.

The bed had a fitted sheet over the mattress, but no sheet under the duvet. This would not bother me so much if I knew the duvet was washed after each visitor, but I have no way of knowing if that occurs. Everything else was very clean, though. I also had a bit of trouble getting my room number and code, but it was my error. Called customer service and they were very helpful and got me setup. I am used to the someone at a front desk checking me in, so I was a bit uncomfortable with doing this online...but it worked out fine. I'd do it again!

The location was very convenient along the quiet western end of 30A. The 3 Sons BBQ across the street was good. The room had a Kurig coffee machine, microwave and fridge along with dishware and silverware. A small table with 2 chairs in the corner as well. A wedding was being held one night while we were there and it was interesting to sit at the pool area and people watch. The chapel which was located directly behind our room was so well insulated that no music could be heard in our room.

There were no bedside lights in the room for reading, only the brash overhead lights. Also, early check-in was only extended if willing to pay $15/hr for the privilege. The rooms are not cheap to start and this is the first time at any establishment I have ever stayed at that did not extend early check-in if a room was available. That said, if I needed a room along 30A for a few nights, I would return.

The location was great. Just few minutes from the beautiful beach. And just a short drive to food and entertain and shopping.

We stayed in 3 story and who ever was above us sounded like they were tearing the place apart and letting kids run and jump. It got so bad I even yelled through the walls for them to stop. It kept on even through the night. We slept with tv on and turned up loud and could still hear them.

Finding the building took us a little bit to find. Having a light up sign on building would have been helpful. There was a sign, but at night, either lightning was not good or no light in that area. The room was perfect. I would recommend a larger TV in the bedroom area. It was just 2 of us, and laying in bed to watch a movie was nice. We have small kids, and we never get this. Overall, no complaints. LOVED the ease of communication through the message app!! 100% would stay here again! Next time will bring kids for pool area!

The pool was great! The room had a good sized medium fridge with a little Kitchenette so I didn’t always have to eat out and the bed and couch were very comfortable! I would highly recommend this place and will definitely come back!

The pool needed a little attention. Most of the lounge chairs were old and broken and there was zero shade or umbrellas to provide shade. Also it could use a good weeding and blowing to spruce it up. We still enjoyed it though.

I enjoy everything about my stay, it was wonderful. Staff was friendly and very helpful. It was just beautiful. Everything I needed and more in the room. When I got there, I was lost as to what to do next and where was my unit. The agent was wonderful. I stopped an ask a tenant an they pointed us in the right direction. No complaints what so ever. I know just what to do when I come back. Santa Rosà Beach great location. Making memories for the young and senior.❤️❤️❤️❤️
