First I would like to thank all the staff that made our stay unforgettable. We also had a "split" stay here as we left for 5 days for a trek to the machupichu, and they took care of our extra luggage until we returned. The staff even made sure that everything was ready for our return as we were arriving late in the night, leaving our luggage in our new room. This hotel is in a very good location, it's in a short walking distance to Plaza de armas. And it's has everything you might need just around the hotel. We did have a very good rest every night of our stay as beds were very comfortable and especially because we could not hear any noise around us. The breakfast was very good us weel having hot and cold options. There is also an option to get unlimited cold/warm/hot filtered water for the price of only 5$ per room wich made a difference as we didn't needed to think about buying it before returning to the hotel.

Absolutely everything! What a truly amazing stay, the accommodation met and exceeded expectations! Excellent value for money, would stay again! - amazing staff - the place feels like "home" and staff take care of you as if you were "their own" :) Extra good attention to guests! They even monitor when you're in your room and call/ask you if you require room service and if so what you need etc. and adjust to your individual needs. - the rooms are spacious, clean, modern and dry with no humidity (important for people sensitive / allergic to indoor humidity). It's a modern and very well built building! - very comfy and huge beds - first time I see "twin" rooms with two double beds - great varied breakfast & they even offer to make you eggs or bring you extras if you ask (also great ambient music in breakfast area :) ) - the room has a variety of teas and you can always have some at the reception & filtered water refill available there also - the indoor garden and all spaces are simply lovely and a relaxing space right off the main road which you wouldn't expect. - big supply of many towels (separate for hands, feet, face, hair...) - one of the few accommodations I've been to that provides enough towels for all needs :) - the location is great if you're doing trips like Machu Picchu on your own (it's right next to the Wanchaq train station) & a 10 min walk to the city centre

Everything was perfect! Maybe one small thing only (in case there is something that can be done about it :) ) - the shower takes a long time (up to 10 mins) to run hot water and this was the case every day... Si you have to wait sometimes when you're cold & it also wastes a lot of water, so would be good to improve that :) Other than that, all pure perfection!

The reception staff was friendly and helpful. Clean and spacious modern bedroom. They provided a kettle in the room and that's great for us as we can enjoy the hot drink in our room. Breakfast was great with fresh juice and milkshake, staff prepared the eggs on demand. They prepared a simple snack pack with a mineral water bottle as we had an early tour and not able to eat breakfast in the hotel

Unfortunately the heater in the room was malfunctioning, that's too cold to sleep at night, they provided a portable heater the next day after we raised the issue.

The great thing about this place is that you’re walking distance with so many little cafes & markets. Very convenient when my husband and I did a lot of walking while we were there. They also offer breakfast here, and the food was very good.

It’s not that big of a deal, but we asked for 1 big bed and got 2 beds instead 😑. Also the shower that we had didn’t have a door, just a piece of glass covering half of the shower. I’m not sure if that’s how it’s supposed to be. Like I said, not that big of a deal. I just had to put a towel outside the shower from where the water would splash out.

The space was very pretty and the staff did their best to accommodate my extremely early arrival. It is a very nice hotel with a great staff.

The heat in my room didn't work but the staff immediately brought me a heater which was lovely. The only other thing is that I wish they had more comfortable pillows, the ones in my room went flat immediately and took 3 to feel like 1. The only bc other thing was the smell of sewer sometimes but I don't think the hotel has any control on that.

This hotel was a great value on Booking.com. The room was comfortable, modern, and well equipped. What more do you really need for a place to sleep? The self serve buffet breakfast was included and had a nice variety of offerings, both hot and cold. The location was ideal for my family because we're not overweight and lazy. The hotel was about a 10-15 minute slight uphill walk to the central plaza in Cusco with many, many restaurants within easy walking distance. By reserving in advance through Booking.com I paid at least 30%-40% less than another family member who more or less waited until the last minute to make a reservation. Oh well. All in all, a very positive experience staying at Saska Boutique Hotel.

Nothing comes to mind

The room was lovely and clean. The bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was the best I’ve had in South America so far. They even made breakfast boxes up for us when we left early for trips. The locations to the main square is about a 12 minute walk. It was nice to be out of the mayhem but close enough to walk. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Every no and then there would be a funny smell from the drains in the bathroom.

We needed a week-located hotel next to the Wachaq train station (out of the busy historical centre) and this was perfect for us. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful when there was a train strike, immediately helping us to find an alternative. The kitchen staff were also helpful for our early morning visits to the archeological sites. The room itself was comfortably functional and in line with its price. The cafe on the ground floor made a great coffee!

Our room was bright, clean, and spacious. The staff was fantastic. We appreciated Alfred's recommendations, and one of the other staff members hooked us up with a wonderful walking tour guide. The location is not in the middle of everything, but it was easy enough to walk up to the main part of town and to San Blas (with a little hill training included). It was fun watching the sapphire wing hummingbird every morning from the breakfast room.

Next door, there's a restaurant which has a music show/parties. It was loud from the room on Saturday night, but only lasted until about 10pm, so it wasn't an issue.

Great front desk staff. They go out of the way to make sure you are comfortable. Very quite. Very clean. Good showers.

An awkward interaction around one of the staff trying to sell me Geisha coffee during breakfast.
